We had no hot water our entire stay so we showered in the coldest water everyday. First time using the shower handle, there was a strand of white hair. There’s also a weird mirror right in the middle of the shower, very off putting to where it would be position (private area). Made me feel uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and there wasn’t much room to walk around without stepping on the bed since it was on the floor. For some reason I had the impression it would be a regular bed frame. The only good thing was location.

Different way of registering but very convenient

At first it was a bit hard to register as it’s all digital and contactless but once you do, you have a apartment for yourself with all the commodities and a nice view.

Warning!! Biogas from sewage .

I have no idea no one mention about the biogas from sewage. I cannot recommend this place to anyone as they have very strong biogas in the unit. They even have a sign beside the washing machine that said there will be biogas. Will come and go. I had this place for 8 days and suffered head ache and hardly got any sleep for 4 days. When the sun comes up , myself and my son just have to get out at night. And will suffer the whole night . It does comes and go , but if it does come , it is unbearable. Just imagine you are down at the sewage line . Now I think about it , I should have moved out and switch to another hotel ( unfortunately I am on a budget , so I cannot afford to do that ) . I felt like my family’s health has been permanently affected by breathing this biogas . They have to fix this issue or they should not list this place out at all . Is a health concern .

Absolutely great!

Super clean and functional. Had everything inverted and was hoping for and more. Convenient location just minutes from Osaka station and amenities. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet at night. Will definitely visit Minn again :)

수건 좀 더 주시죠

침대 밑에 물건이 들어가서 보다가 먼지가 너무 많아 놀랬음 침대밑 청소 좀 해 주면 좋겠음 수건을 하나밖에 안 줘서 자기 수건 가져가야 할듯

About a 10 minute walk to train station and shopping so it was quiet. Beds were low to the ground so not a lot of places to put suitcases - could not put them under the beds. Be sure to follow the check-in & access instructions carefully, they are easy to understand once you do this.

清掃が行き届いていない

広くて快適でしたが、日本語が不自由なサポートスタッフさんとのコミュニケーションが全然うまくいかず、チェックインはスムーズにできませんでした。また、清掃が行き届いておらず、各所埃まみれで大変汚かったです。設備は良いので改善したら、めちゃくちゃ良い顧客体験になると思いますので、早く現在の残念な状況を改善願いたいです。

快適な滞在でした。

部屋の中は清掃が行き届き、クレーム対象になるような事は一切ありませんでした。1週間、とても快適に過ごせました。一部口コミにある、ベッドの低さに関しては、ホテル仕様のベッドではないと思えば特に気にならない程度です。リネン類は清潔なのでベッドの低さは問題ないと思いました。洗面所と浴室も清掃完璧です。

We struggled with the bed so low to the ground as getting up is a struggle when you are getting on in age. Coffee shop next door was a good stop all other ammenities were satisfactory. The floors were in need of a clean.

別のサイトで見た口コミに、チェックインに困った方がいらしたようですが私は何もかもがスムーズでした！見た感じだと海外の方は少し分かりにくい方もいるのかな？と思います。お部屋は大変綺麗でした。なにより、バスタブにお湯をためて入れるのが嬉しかったです。追い炊きは出来ませんが、旅の疲れが取れ良かったです。ドアの外に置いてずっとある備品を使用して良いのかずっと気になりました。タオルや電池、洗剤等がドアの前にドン！と置いてあったので使って良かったのかな…？ベットは3人で寝るのには充分な広さでした。
