Great location, spacious room. Virtually perfect during our Chengdu stay. Awesome housekeeping service every morning 10am like clockwork. Big shoutout to Ivy & Kelly at the front desk, so kind and helpful with requests or issues. Will definitely be back next trip to Chengdu.

No grand entrance to lobby. Must go to Level 3 to register. Lobby very small. Hard to meet up with people. Card never worked. Had to get card access reprogrammed twice a day!

The stay was great but the pillow

The property is huge and comfortable. It was at the great locations, breakfast was lots to choose from, and king size bed was really comfortable. Only thing that I didn’t like was the pillow which had smell of goose. I used a towel to cover up and it did not bother me after all but I wish their pillow was better.

Perfect for a family

This hotel in Chengdu is terrific. The suite is huge, has every amenity and is nicely situated within walking distance of shops and hotels. We were delighted.

Excellent Apartment Hotel

Highly recommend this apartment hotel, this is my second stay within 3 months. The building faces the Jinjiang River and provide some unobstructed view without the feeling of over-crowding. Small inconvenience upon arrival due to renovation of the front desk area. We were greeted with very friendly and help staff, check-in and check-out were a breeze. The suite was clean and well appointed. We stayed on the 29th floor and was very quite. I found that there was hardly any smell of smoking anywhere in the hotel, which was quite a welcome treat in China. Bed and bedding were very comfortable with lots of storage space inside the suite. All in all, it is a good place to stay and it is become my go to place in Chengdu.

Truly the worst thing was that I was only staying one night, and that it was the beginning of my 2 week trip so no need to use the very useful washing machine in my room. Wonderful staff, great room, nice breakfast, loved the bathroom -- and little kitchen too! there was a little scent of off-gassing in the room....

Was upgraded to a suite which was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good location near the river. Can I suggest a signage at the glass door? A sign at eye level will be helpful...before the Maan coffeehouse as I passed by it without realizing it is the entrance.
