Although we enjoyed our stay we found problems with our suite due to poor maintenance: 1. Patio door does not fit and whistles with the slightest wind. 2. Interior air vents are filthy/nhealthy! 3. If you want people to save water, why install a huge jacuzzi tub? 4. Lack of counter space in the bathroom and bad light switch and door design. On the plus side- friendly staff and yummy morning muffins.

Outstanding staff and hotel

The management and staff were amazing. We were always greeted with kindness and willingness to make our vacation special. The hotel was very clean and certainly lived up to a five star resort. The restaurant had top quality food and reasonably priced. The specially made coffee was great as well as the muffins every morning. All the facilities were top notch. We would highly recommend the Rumba resort and would certainly be thrilled to stay there again. 10 out of 10

Great space

Stayed in the smallest apartment, which was very spacious. Room had an ocean and pool view. Balcony was quite big. Laundry in suite. Very clean, staff friendly. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful 3 Bedroom Apartment

Great suite. Staff was almost non-existent in common areas, seemed like they worked short hours as reception wasn't open often, and the pool bar was only open for 3 hours, but I didn't need anything so it was fine. The building had a great location, just busy enough around town but still relaxing. Highly recommend.

Convenient and comfortable.

The resort was well presented and clean on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns. The room was clean and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. The facilities were first class. Great pools! The resort was close to the beach, eateries and the main shopping area.

The resort itself was very nice, pools were great, room furnished nicely, great location and view from our ocean view room. However we booked an ocean front room and were allocated level one above the Drift bar and the room was not sound proof. The live music went until around 11 both night so was very hard for our children to get to sleep. I felt Managements response was disappointing- they said they will let the drift bar know. My advice to travellers is to check what level you will be allocated or request not level 1.
