The property was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location with bars, restaurants, grocery and tram service very close by. The rooftop was nice with chairs and umbrellas, although wish it had a pool. We would stay here again!

the property is in a nice area with tram transportbclose by or a 40 min walk into central Nice. the apartments are nice with a kitchen area, bathroom and separate toilet. staff are pleasant. the continental breakfast is the same each day. edible but unexciting. there are few restaurants within 20 minutes walk.

Fint hotell med fantastisk utsikt til stranden, vi bodde i tredje etasje. Noe støy fra veien men det hørte vi ingenting av når terassedøren ble lukket. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Ville ikke hatt noe imot og overnattet der igjen. Hadde fire netter der.

Very nice in Nice

Prime position on the Promenade des Anglais, with a fabulous view of the Med and close to public transport and amenities. The air con refused to work, the fridge hummed like it was about to take off and the bathroom could do with a refurb, but it was spacious and very comfortable - and I would stay there again simply for that view!

Great stay again

Second time we visited, this time with big balcony out to the sea. Very friendly and helpful personel, very nicely cleaned apartment when we arrived. Dishwasher needs some repair. Also oiling of door-hinges (very squeaky).

Fantastiskt utsikt! Lite för långt bort från stan.

Mycket trafikljud från gatan. Wc utan handfat, badrum med handfat utan wc. Sovrum utan ventilation. Sovrummet har internt fönster in mot kök vardagsrum. Extrasängen i soffan i vardagsrummet, gick ej att mörklägga. Sovrummet mörklades via intern rullgardin. Inga krokar eller hatthylla i hallen. Dåligt med krokar i badrum.

Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist der Wahnsinn und innen hört man die 6spurige Straße kaum, die zwischen Hotel und Meer liegt. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Leider wird es Nachts im Schlafzimmer extrem warm. Aber ansonsten war es super.

Pour un appart hotel de 4 étoiles Ça ne les vaut pas. Un peu vieillot Insonorisation lamentable Baie vitrée sans double vitrage on avait l impression d etre dans la rue tellement le bruit etait fort, tramways voiture conversation. Obligé de mettre des boules kies pendant 14 nuits Equipement très sommaire de la cuisine Sinon hôtel propre personnel correct Parking proposé très cher 32€/jour Je ne recommande pas cet établissements
