Lack cleanliness and hot water

No hot water for the duration of my stay. The soda was heavily stained and the place was not clean overall. Very weak pressure for the shower. Looks like a not very well maintained 15 year old apartment.

Area is reasonably close to amenities. Asked for baby cot when booking - surprise no baby cot when arrived and no communication from host that baby cot requested is not available. Beds too high and dangerous to place a 11 month old crawling baby. Have to check out to another hotel with baby cot. No reply from Expedia about refund, seem to be directed to a machine every time I want to ask for refund and Expedia machine could not do refund - terrible experience all round

Suite à une annulation de voyage, j’ai tenté de contacter l’hôte pour savoir si une annulation amiable était possible au vu des circonstances exceptionnelles. Je n’ai jamais réussi. Même hôtels.com a eu du mal à les joindre. Sans surprise, la réponse était négative. Pour autant, comme si de rien n’était, j’ai reçu un message whatsapp pour m’indiquer le check-in et s’étonnait de ne pas avoir de réponse de ma part. Bref, je ne me prononce pas sur le logement qui doit s’en doute être parfait mais sur une communication absente en cas de besoin.

Hi, property looks much better in the photos than in reality. Especially the bathrooms were both kind of worn down. Communication could have been better as in explaining and showing what is in the Apartment. Overall still a satisfying stay however.

nice but entrance gate is a bit tricky

We enjoyed staying at this property. Location is unquestionably super. Right accros the new gurney drive beach side promenade and near by to wide selection of culinary vendors. The unit itself is very new. the design is cozy. But there is always room for minor improvement, the pillow is a bit stinky from previous guest. And the entrance is a bit tricky. Which is located at the back of the building ( but I think this is not a big issue). You will easily find it. Will stay here again in our next trip.

Spacious, clean, good view facing the sea, safe and guarded, if you're driving, carpark is provided. Walking distance to food places, shopping malls, opposite the apartment there is a park for you to have a good walking exercise after a good heavy meals..
