とても快適でした⭐︎

・部屋が広くて明るくて綺麗で凄く良い感じでした。 ・アメニティーも色々と備え付けてあり、大変助かりました。 ・紙コップや割り箸、水なども備えてあり本当にありがたかったです。 ・家族からシャンプー、コンディショナーの評判がかなり高かったです。 ・大きな洗濯機も備え付けられていて、大変助かりました。 歩いて直ぐのところにコインランドリーがあり、乾燥機はそこを利用させてもらいました。 ・シャワー、トイレ、洗面台全て２つずつあり、大人数での利用したので大変助かりました。 ・路面電車の駅にも近く、街に出るのには車を使わずに電車で移動しました。コンビニも近く、立地最高でした。 ・もう少し大きく看板などを出していただいても良かったかな？と思います。最初、分からずに通り過ぎてしまいました。 ・大きい車をレンタルしていた為、駐車場が狭く入庫がギリギリでした。 ・シャワー室の前に着替えやタオルを置く籠or棚が欲しかったです。 快適に過ごさせて頂きました。 次回も利用したいと思えるほどでした。

4連泊させていただきますいただきました。部屋も広くとても快適に過ごせました。 気になったのは、冷蔵庫が冷えていなかったので帰る頃には冷える様になりましたが飲み物がゆるくて参りました。 夏は、泊まりのお客さんが入る前日には電源入れていただけたらありがたかったです。 駐車場もお借りしました。割と狭めなので大きなレンタカーを借りるとちょっと厳しいかもです。ガレージの中に泊まれるので、安心は安心です。 部屋の広さ、綺麗さ、お安さ、オーナー様の良さ、とても良かったです。また札幌に旅行する際は、お願い致します。ありがとうございました。とってもおすすめな宿です。

フロントなどがなく、チェックインなども自分でタブレットへ入力するのですが、わからない事があり電話で問い合わせた時に対応が悪く嫌な気持ちになった。全て曖昧でよくわかりませんでした。めんどくさいなっていうのが全開に伝わる。 部屋などはよかったので残念です。

宿泊施設自体は大人数で泊まれ、良かったです。キッチン用品も多くあり料理する事が出来ました。隣の部屋に泊まられた方が夜遅くまで起きていて少し音が気になりました。

素敵な旅行になりました。

今回は、私の家族5名に妹家族2名の計7名で宿泊しました。チェックインから分かりやすい説明のメールもありスムーズに出来ました。部屋も広々としていて清潔感もありとてもよかったです。ススキノまで徒歩10分程でコンビニもすぐ側にあり立地条件もバッチリでした。 気になった点といえば、駐車場が狭く大型車だと駐車が大変だったこととWiFiのパスワードなどわかるものがなく電話で連絡しました。それに関して対応は早くすぐにメールにてパスワードがきました。 チェックアウトの際もメールにて旅の気使いの連絡を頂きとても気持ち良く空港に向かうことが出来ました。 札幌行く際は、また利用したいと思います。大満足です。
