I love this hotel as it felt very modern. It is exactly how the pictures online represented it and it would be perfect for a family. Great location and a good vibe. Would absolutely recommend to others.

You probably won’t want to stay here.

Pro’s: Location. The hotel is very accessible via public transit to a lot of the city. Con’s: Cleaning of the room and change of towels comes at an extra cost. The beds were not that comfortable and we had one blood stained pillow. We asked for the garbage to be taken out 3 times and it never did. The “kitchen” only included a mini fridge, microwave and 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 cups, 2 mugs.. only 2’s. The fridge was leaking water also. Because of the heat, the power goes out in the city so we were left without AC (not really the hotel’s fault.) During our stay there was construction next door which was loud and lasted all day. The hotel never advised of this. Our room was 2 levels with the bed and washroom upstairs yet the closets downstairs. Very uncomfortable mini sofa. The shower products were awful and cheap, something from a dollar store. The decision is yours. We hated every moment of our stay in this hotel.

In need of upgrading

Staff were helpful and housekeeping was great. However, the hotel is in need of normal maintenance eg the door lock was loose, carpets could be replaced, the walls and furniture could use a fresh coat of paint, etc. There were no English channels available on TV nor a TV guide to refer to as there are in other hotels in this class. If you're paying with a foreign credit card in foreign currency, make sure you're not charged the Argentine VAT by the hotel at checkout as you would be exempt from paying VAT.

Above our expectations!

The room was phenomenal. The location was great and many local spots were walkable. The room itself had a well equipped kitchen, a comofortable living room and the loft bed set up was great. The staff were kind and offered good customer service.

Baixo custo, mas simples.

localização muito boa, mas bem barulhento, um único elevador, a porta de entrada do quarto enroscava, e os ralos eram "meio devagar" mas não estavam entupidos. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Relação custo beneficio OK. Primeira vez em buenos aires então não consigo comparar com outros, uma vez que os prédios são antigos ali.

Hotel é muito bem localizado. Mas o hotel em si deixa a desejar. No geral o quarto é bom, mas o colchão estava muito ruim, com deformações que prejudicaram o sono. O banheiro estava com o ralo entupido, mas eu mesmo consegui desobstruir. É um bom hotel, mas precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado.
