가족여행 계획이라면 최고의 숙소

가족여행을 계획한다면 최고의 숙소입니다. 비행기 연착으로 인해 체크인을 밤 10시가 되어서야 했는데(미리 리조트에 연락함) 데스크에서 친절하게 맞아주심 그리고 친절한 안내를 해주셔서 즐거운 여행의 시작이었습니다. 복층구조로 된 듀플렉스 타입은 3가정이 쓰기에 적합했습니다. 방마다 있는 화장실 침대로 너무 좋은 여행이 되었습니다. 중문에 위치해서 이동도 편했습니다.(단, 동쪽이동은 거리가 조금 생김) 그리고 아침을 맞이할때 바다뷰는 너무 좋았습니다 숙소 모습은 사진과 동일합니다. 즐거운 여행 시작을 함께한 숙소입니다.

방 3개에 화장실도 3개인 방에 이 가격이라니 사진에서도 방이 휼륭해서 선택했습니다. 객실인 사진 그대로 완전 좋았습니다. 심지어 큰 냉장고와 와인 냉장고도 있었어요. 그런데 문을 열고 들어가자마자 이상한 퀘퀘~~~~~~한 냄새가 났어요. 방마다 시스템 에어컨으로 제습이 돌아가고 있었어요. 3박 4일 일정인데 하루자고 다음날 환기시키고 자면 괜찮아지겠지하고 다음날 나가면서 창문을 두 곳 열어놓고 갔습니다. 층이 1층이라 왠만하면 안 열고 가야하는데 애들도 있는터라 환기를 안하면 안 되었습니다. 그리고 일정 소화하고 들어왔는데도 냄새가 나서 프론트에 전화했는데 같은 1층 옆에 옆에 방을 주셨는데 좀 덜나긴했는데 그 방도 안난건 아니라 우리방 환기 시키니 그 방이나 이방이나 비슷하더군요. 그럴바엔 짐 옮기기 귀찮아서 그냥 쓰겠다했어요. 좀 있다가 프론트에서 전화가 다시 왔는데 제습을 틀면 더 괜찮을 것이라고 했는데 작은방 두 곳은 제습을 틀었을 때 작은 소음이 지속적으로 발생하다보니 잠을 잘 수 없어서 끄고 잤습니다. 게다가 에어컨이 청소가 안된게 눈으로 보였습니다. 또 방향제를 주신다고 했는데 그걸로는 해결되는게 아니라 괜찮다고 했습니다. 3일 자보니 안방 화장실과 샤워부스가 있는 화장실에서 많이 납니다. 24시간 환풍기를 틀어놓고 했지만 냄새가 사라지지 않았어요. 1층이 아닌 3층 이상이었다면 괜찮았을까 궁금했네요. 나름 프론트에서는 해결해주실려는 노력이 보였습니다만 자체적인 원인을 해결해야 할 것 같습니다.

조용하고, 접근성이 좋았습니다. 화장실/샤워실이 4인 이상 가족이 사용하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 다만, 식기세척기 등 일부시설이 사용이 불가하고, 세탁/건조기의 유지 보수, 거실바닥 등의 보수가 조금 아쉬웠네요.

중문단지에 위치해 있어서 접근성좋음 주차 편하고 객실 컨디션 청결하고 좋았음 침구류도 깨끗했고...방3개 화장실3개라 편하게 사용했음 다만 욕실 거울을 안닦아서 희미하게 보일정도.. 바로 뒤에 엉덩물계곡있어 산책하기도 좋음

하수구에서 냄새가 올라왔는데 관리가 잘 되지 않고 있다는 느낌 식기세척지는 사용금지로 알고 있기는 했는데 이곳에서도 악취가남 음식물쓰레기통도 깨끗하나 냄새가 심하게 남 체크인시에 큰 안내나 설명이 거의없이 키와 체크아웃 시간만 안내해줌 전체적으로 시설은 잘 되어 있으나 관리가 잘 않되고 있어서 아쉬웠습니다. 위치는 정말 좋아요.

환기만 잘시켜주셨다면 백퍼 만족인데~

1층이었고요. 4명이용했는데 베드가 4개라 탁월한 선택이었어요~.. 그런데 작은방 블라인드를 여니 바로 사람들 지나다니는 통로. 문 꼭꼭 걸어 잠궈야하는 시설방면의 아쉬움 있었고요. 집에 들어서자마자 퀴퀴한 담배찌든냄새인지.. 오래 환기 안 시킨 냄새인지 약간 불쾌했어요. 나머지 부대용품이나 커뮤니티직원친절도 등은 만족이었어요~

출장, 여행 모두 추천합니다

3개의 방 상태는 매우 좋았습니다. 샤워가 가능한 화장실 2개와 추가 화장실이 있어 3명이 묶더라도 여유가 있었고, 시설도 매우 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 한달살이같은 것을 하더라도 아주 넉넉하게 (금액은 좀 쎄겠죠) 생활 가능할 정도였습니다. 추천합니다.
