The studio room I stayed in had an inadequate kitchenette, no sink, no dishwasher , no scrub to wash the dishes, just toaster and microwave. Laundry was a paid laundry system, there was no washer or dryer in the room. Internet speed was good. No air conditioning but had a fan. Studio room is in the basement, so no view. Felt the room charge was high for what I got.

Great location and apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment and with its elevated location, it offered great views of the lake and the surrounding mountains - absolutely beautiful!! Very comfortable apartment and a well equipped kitchen. One of our favourite units. Only draw back was the lack of parking spots, something that I think is an issue across the downtown Queenstown.

Get a mountain view room!

We booked Highview at the last minute when our cruise plans had to change. The room was nicely decorated & well-appointed. How great to have all facilities in the room! (Don't use the washer/drier if you're in a hurry.) Easy access to town centre, especially walking in - return is a pretty steep hill. The view is worth the price!

It's not an apartment - more like a closet !!

Lol. They call this an apartment. It's actually a large closet. It's the first time I've seen a place called an "apartment " that had no kitchen sink. Lol you have to wash your dishes in the tub - nice !! And if your 5 years old you'll like the TV programming - if you are older - we'll make sure you have a deck of cards !

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was facing the parking lot so therefore it was noisey and also had no view of the lake. The studio room had a King size bed in a very small room. Only one chair and no table for the computer. The microwave was located on a high shelf.

Dramatic vista

We had a very comfortable 2-night stay in this spacious, fully equipped suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony facing Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. Convenient to the heart of Queenstown (10-15 minute downhill walk - but moderate uphill coming back!).

Comfort with extraordinary views

There was a problem with our booking but Laura worked it out and the one bedroom apartment, facing the lake, was amazing. It was comfortable and well equipped with washer and dryer in the unit. We loved seeing the views morning and night. Stunning.

The check in process was a little stressful as their office hours do not align with what I think would be needed for the area, considering it is a stopping point for many continued travelers, many of which have late arrivals, early departures, and/or tours. I was not given instruction on how my out of office hour check-in would be accommodated so I had to reach out during our travels to find out the process. Other than that, the place was relatively nice except there was a lack of flat surfaces to place our toiletries on in the washroom. There were also an extreme amount of dead bugs around the entry to the hallway but thankfully we didn't run into any live ones.

A clean and nicely decorated apartment with a great view of the lake! Walkable to the main parts of Queenstown but a little bit away from the busy main tourist area, which we preferred because it was quieter. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again!

A fantastic hotel in queenstown. Parking can get little full and tricky but the place is totally worth it. I had my flight delayed and communicating with them was very easy and smooth. Would stay here again

Highview Apartments abundantly validates its name. It is situated on a hillside overlooking the lake, with a splendid view of the lake as well as of the tourist center of Quennstown. The location, although within a 10-15 minute walk of shops and restaurants, is quiet and private. The corner unit that we occupied features a balcony conducive to viewing the lake while having lunch or dinner, and the interior is clean, bright, spacious and features a full kitchen. Stay was a pleasure.
