Property policy was different to what we saw when we booked. It was mentioned that property will provide daily cleaning which was not the case when we checked in. Additional to that we were told that they don’t provide shower towels and if we want to have they will charge us 8 € per towel. I had to buy from the store new ones for 4 people since we stayed for 4 nights.

Staff were always available for questions and were friendly and helpful! Main bed was very comfortable and pull-out couch was okay, although not as comfortable as the main bed. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs and was wonderful to have the dishwasher and fridge.

Apartments are not what you see in pictures …

Apartments - if you are a family of 4 - are quite small. Hard to move once sofa bed is open. Hallway carpets stained & dirty ( may be related to pet-friendly policy ). Helpful reception staff doing their best.

Location was very convenient and easy to get to shopping, dining , transport and groceries. It was a bit noisy due to traffic. The toilet was inconvenient because it was separate from hand washing facilities which were in another room. The cooking elements were not working properly and could not be fixed.

Really pleasant stay. Close to public transit and also has eateries and supermarket right outside the facility. Swimming pool and gym are okay. Rooms have a lot of stains but comfortable beds. Access to full kitchen is great and overall a pleasant stay for families.

Great Stay and Perfect Location. Easy walk from the metro station. We loved this apartment hotel. It was very clean and spacious. Location is key , and an easy walk around the city. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful! Close to train station as well. The pool was a huge hit with our family!

Good location

Needed to be in Nice for a conference and wanted a place close to the Acropolis congress centre. Location was great in that regard and there was a supermarket across the street which was useful so I could pick up a few things to make quick meals. There were not a lot of good restaurants around the area. The room was a studio with a small kitchenette. It was basic but clean and had pretty much all the things I needed for a short stay. Bathroom was excellent with awesome shower pressure. The front desk staff were very pleasant.

Dirty, dirty, dirty

I have been traveling for 2 weeks with my family in France. We have stayed in various cities and hotels and by far, this was the most disgusting facility to stay in. The hallways and rooms were filthy with dust and dirt. It seems no one has vacuumed the hallways for ages. The hallways and room carpets are light colored and covered with stains that no one bothered to clean. The hallway walls are all stained and run down. The bathroom sink, tub and even kitchenette sink were all filthy. The decorative bed cover was stained. I called the reception to complain about our room was not made up or cleaned the second day. I was told this is not a hotel and instead a "resident". Therefore, the room cleaning is once every few days!!! This was not mentioned in their website and at the time of booking. The Buffett breakfast was very basic and the simplest I have had in all my stay in France. Do not go there. Not worth the money they charge:(((

Family trip to Nice

Great hotel. Had a family suite for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 teens). Had 2 separate bdrms and living room with sofa bed. Great location. Close to train that takes u to beach. Lady at front (MIHAELA) desk went above and beyond. Printer at hotel wasn't working so she printed our boarding passes from her home. Beware of taxi drivers. Big scam. No receipt or meter turned on.. Charged us 40 euros for 5 minute taxi ride from train to hotel. Mihaela also recommend a 1 day tour of surrounding area that was awesome.

Not a bad place, staff are good but biggest problem is the INTERNET, you have no connection at your room and just a little in the lobby, which is super slow, I spoke with the staff and they said they know that already let the headquarter know but cause of cost they do not care about it.

Loved it

Very happy that I chose this hotel - great location, Bakery that I went to EVERY day was just out of this world - called Les Delices de la Republique at 15 Avenue de la Republique, it is a truly special spot, Mall across the street has a terrific huge grocery store, the Tram which goes through the heart of Nice is very close by and runs every 4 minutes too - buy the 7 day unlimited Tram pass for 15 Euro. Easy walk to the Port for a nice lunch and Very close to Old Nice by walking. Thierry at the front desk was especially helpful and perfect at what he does yet EVERY front desk person was also superb in every interaction I had with each of them. Important - if taking the 98 Bus from the Airport to the Hotel, the Bus will let you off at the ACROPOLIS or PLACE GARABALDI stop which should be the LAST stop available. The Hipark Hotel is now a 15 minute walk so prepare ahead to know where you must go - get to Avenue Republique which is the main street 1 block from the bus stop and you will be fine. Ave Republique runs into General Louis Delfino Blvd where Hipark is located. When taking the 98 Bus back to the Airport I strongly suggest finding the 98 stop the day before you leave (front desk will show you on a map- the 98 is 2 Tram Stops away) - it will take 1 to 1.5 hours total from when you leave Hipark and arrive at the Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 - the terminals are very far apart so KNOW which one you are flying out of.Taxi is a better option for some. Enjoy your stay!

We love it! Best Hotel we Stayed at in Europe

We stayed at 4 hotels in Europe and this one was the best! We loved the kitchen, balcony, shower and sliding door for privacy. The décor was perfect for a family of 4 and we felt like it was our little home away from home. It was close to transportation and within walking distance to the centre of Nice. The location is also excellent for groceries. The Carrefour was directly across the street which made it convenient for making meals. We were placed on the 3rd floor, which we loved...all our other hotels put us on the 1st floor. The pool was refreshing and necessary because it was very hot at the end of July. Dimitri deserves 5 stars for being so helpful and patient with us as we had a lot of questions regarding train schedules. On the last night our air conditioner started to leak but he found us another room on the fifth floor with an extended balcony which went past both windows. The storage was better in this room (it was a little cluttered in the 3rd floor room). This was a perfect hotel to begin our vacation in Europe. Thank you so much Dimitri and Hi-Park for your excellent service and facilities.

Hotel was central. Staff was very helpful.Only strange thing was no sink close to toilet to wash your hands and the shower was in another area of the room. Wifi was slow & works if you go down to lobby. Room was not cleaned very well and stingy in the towels. Bed was hard.

Nice hotel

It had decent sized rooms with a balcony the only problem is of you stay longer than a day they don't clean the room at all. You don't get fresh towels or toilet paper you have to pay for it and they don't make the bed or clean up . The staff was nice but I was disappointed about having to pay for toilet paper . The location is in a residential neighbourhood about 30 min walk from the board walk

Nice hotel long walk to the beach

Kitchen in room handy because grocery store is literally across the street. Beach is not so close to be an easy walk. Get public transport pass for 7 days for 15€ At airport, you can take bus and tram everywhere in town. Room didn't have bed, rather a pull out couch. Still comfortable and TV was big and balcony had cool view of Nice. I would reccomens it- also in safe part of town.

Functional hotel close to beach

The wifi was not convenient as you had to log in every time you returned. Also we had 4 people and so they gave us 4 connections but we also had a laptop and 2 iPads. We had to log out and yes only 4 devices at a time which was a royal pain. The car park was a bit inconvenient but it worked. You had to get out of your car to open the garage door. Also the shower got all over the floor no matter how hard u tried to contain it. Overall good location , close to old town which is soooo neat and walking distance or a tram ride to beach!
