Great hotel

Great hotel away from the centre of Marseilles. Location was convenient to the Calanques, which was our primary destination to visit on this trip. We had a car, so getting to the centre of town wasn't a problem. Room was spacious, clean and had a small kitchenette which was fantastic.

Clean and convenient

The hotel in general was good and the staff were very helpful., located pretty convenient to the Pranot Convention Centre. The problem was the reception not being open after 8 pm that I couldn't receive any phone call. The internet connexion was terrible too.

Prado chanot was great

Spacious rooms free tea clean common areas. Te staff was reaaly helpful. I thought e WiFi was slow and a hassle to log onto everyday . Don't bother with the breakfast as you can buy food from the carefour ner by and boulangerie to make your own French petit dejuneq. Definite recommended to famillies.

We stayed at a one bedroom unit and liked the cleanliness, location near Prado, kitchenette and good AC. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and clean. However, the property was dated. There were chipped tiles, patchy paint jobs, broken/loose floor skirts, bathtub cracks among other issues. These maintenance issues detract from the overall enjoyment of the stay. Other Citadine properties we've stayed in were better maintained. Also, while there is underground parking available, one must first check-in to get the access card. The parking is also a bit difficult with tight corners and angles.
