Quiet central location

Whilst being in centre of St Etienne, the hotel was very quiet for Friday and Saturday nights. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Rooms are compact but for the few days we were there OK for us. Reception staff all very helpful

The people at reception were helpful. The hotel is right in the town center, a beautiful town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. The one thing that concerned me was no smoke alarms and the room did didn't lock and they only give you one key. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

We had two rooms here and when we arrived after a late dinner around 11:30 pm no one was there. No reception resulted in a total loss and forced us to rent another hotel. Id like a full refund.

Attention aux horaires de la reception, a 3 mn pres la porte est fermée et l'employee bien que présente ne vous répond pas. Chambre très petite on ne se croise pas a deux a l'entree de la chambre. C'es propre mais sans plus, une grande renovation ne serait pas un luxe. Les photos sont trompeuses. seul l'emplacement est ideal.

Très bon hôtel, studio bien équipé, bonne le literie, bien situé plein centre ville, attention à nettoyer le dessous des placards de la cuisine côté cuisson,ça ne m'a pas posé de problème mais pour d'autres ça peut faire de mauvaise note sur la qualité de propreté sinon bon accueil et souriant,on revient à chaque fois qu'on vient à saint Etienne, qualité prix raisonnable

A note arrivée le studio n'avait pas été nettoyé, sols sales, micro-ondes crépi de nourriture, vaiselle sale, frigo non vidé... L'agent d'accueil a été informé et pour réponse nous a indiqué que la personne d'avant aurait dû le faire et que personne de l'établissement ne viendrai effectuer le ménage. En attendant nous avons passé notre séjour dans un studio salle et n'avons pas pu utiliser la kitchenette.
