We had a wonderful stay. The room was super comfortable and super clean. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Location for crater lake is the best. The only downside was the only food in the area was a “casino”. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you can.

Very quiet property. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay. The grounds are clean and the store has everything you need. Dinning is about 10 minutes away at the casino.

The Crater Lake Resort was outstanding. Expedia made an error with our reservation. The staff of the Resort worked with us to resolve it and made sure we were given the accommodation we should have received. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We will go back.

Personally, not worth the money for the stay. Expected a bit more, lots of "extra" charges that I would have expected to be included for the price tag. Cabin was very clean, updated, and comfortable.

Beautiful area, further from Crater Lake than expected. Nice view of river off front deck. Not impressed with mower going around throwing gravel and dust as we were packing up our vehicle and tenters were eating breakfast and packing. Couple of hours before checkout so maybe could have done other areas first.

It was convenient to crater lake and an easy stop over point for heading out the next morning. Really more of a campground than resort with small cabins and no food options of any kind. The store on site closed early… probably because of off-season so no options for stocking up on things. Closest town is about 15 minutes away for food options but once there we did not want to venture back out so made do with snacks we had on the trip. cabins are quite small, but were clean and provided the needed necessities… Would recommend for a quick stop over

LOVE this place for its natural pristine qualities. The name “resort” is a little misleading (no restaurant/pool/etc) but the super clean cabins, amazing stream, short trail, and canoes are worth the exchange! Also, it’s about 15 minutes to a half hour drive to get to the rim or a restaurant. I definitely recommend visiting this place but was admittedly surprised by the appearance when we drove up.

It’s very basic . Nothing like a resort . Middle of nowhere. There is nothing much around . Had basic things provided . We stayed there to go to Crater lake . Next time we would prefer to stay in Bend , which has more options . If you plan to stay , bring groceries and food to cook . We went to Walmart to Kalmath Falls , which is the nearest city with some options.

Lovely property. We were in the off season, so didn’t interact with the staff. And we were on a mission to ski up to Crater Lake, so didn’t spend much time on the grounds. But still saw eagles, ducks, and herons. Cell service is not great, so a place to relax and deconnect, not a place to be wired in all the time.

The room has smells terrible, they said it’s the wood panels I’m not sure though. It was tiny, window blind is broken, and there are signs warning you they’ll charge you more if you don’t wash your own dishes or even unplug the TV. And the TV/monitor turned on itself in the middle of the night very couple hours! I don’t know how it got 2.5 stars honestly. It’s not even 1 star motel quality.
