The Docks is a super convenient hotel, located close to Brisbane CBD, without the prices of the CBD! The room was relatively clean; only a few weird items such as there was a strange small emanating from the bathroom and the carpet needed stretching. Other than that, an outstanding pool and a suite that contained all the essentials for making your own meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at he Dock on Goodwin! The location was excellent close access to one of the free city hopper ferry terminals which gave us access to South Bank, downtown and Fortitude Valley. Great walking paths, and a great selection of local pubs and restaurants! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming! The rooms clean, kitchen well equipped and the neighbour hood quiet and safe! Had the pool to ourselves quite often! Would highly recommend!

The location was excellent with easy access by ferry into downtown and scenic walks along the waterfront. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and lovely landscaped area.

Convenient and easy spot

The place was great but in typical Australian style the service isn't why we are used to in North America. When booking it wasn't clear that there was not daily cleaning and refreshing of the room as it's an apartment and not a hotel. Surprisingly the noise was more than expected. The pool and hot tub were great, parking was super easy and everything was as shown. Very close to the ferry shuttles that are free. Super convenient location with 5-6 restaurants in a few block radius. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed staying at The Docks, it was perfect for our needs. The pool area was great, the kids loved it. Rooms were spacious and very well supplied. The reception staff was very friendly and super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s in such a nice spot! Very easy to get everywhere on the ferries or city cats. Room was very nice, and a lot bigger than expected. I’m already looking forward to my next stay there!

The property was great, we were on the 3rd floor no river view. So you might need to request this if your booking an executive room. Bed not very comfortable, they need updating. However the stay was quiet and location perfect. I would stay here again in the future. Very clean unit and surrounding area.

The after hours check in process wasn’t clear or straightforward. Our room was spacious but in need of a refurb feeling very dated. The Pool/spa and grounds are beautiful and definitely the best part of the property. Easy walk to free ferry into Brisbane, it’s a great place to base yourself when visiting the river city.
