Grounds and room were clean and beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the towel exchange was only allowed one time for 7 days. And no room cleaning unless you stay for more than 7 days. For the price I feel you should at least get more than one set of towels, and a cleaning for a week’s stay. But other than that, it was great.

I wish this particular unit had a better shower head. It was so hard to wash my hair and my 2 daughters hair with the light flow of water coming out

We were very happy this our stay. Place was beautiful. Would have given 5 stars but my husband was not happy with the location and hours of the pool and jacuzzi.

The location was perfect. We loved that it had easy beach access. We were disappointed that our condo didn’t have air conditioning. Also, the TV was missing from the master bedroom. The condo was not clean and seemed rundown. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. There were bugs and geckos inside and they made a mess. Since there was a cleaning fee we would have expected the condo to be clean. All that being said, we did enjoy our time in Kauai.

Pool and pictures are not on property they are up the street away from the ocean Cleaning fees are mandatory and not clear up front. The room had cockroaches everywhere it was really gross. We had multiple rooms but only had this issue.

We had a lovely ocean view room. The grounds are so lush and kept impeccable. The grills were cleaned daily and were spotless! No pool but the lawn over looking the ocean was perfect.

Some units do not have AC which was fine for us as the weather was perfect. Unit was clean and parking was plentiful.

It was quiet the condo was clean but dated. There was no AC or elevators to the rooms that should be listed on the description. There was no daily cleaning service to clean your room so that was a surprise. The island is beautiful and relaxing just because when booking to insure you get what you pay for.

Overall property was clean, room was nice. Expect to be nickel and dimed daily for resort fees and parking but not receive service and value in return. A good hotel, but not a resort by any stretch. Least accommodating hotel we stayed in. Better value at the Whaler Resort.
