L’hôtel est situé près d’une rue commerçante donc bien pratique pour les souvenirs. Il suffit de traverser une route pour être sur la plage. On peut facilement se garer. Le personnel est top. Si je devais dire un point négatif c’est que les repas sont semblables pour la semaine.

All staff were lovely helpful and friendly. Hotel looks but older than pictures especially the spa area. The adult only area is good to get away from it all and chill. Food average drinks all ok plentiful.

Great holiday

Booked very last minute and was not expecting to love this place as much as we did , lots of food options weather was great lots for kids to do and they loved the pools we all had a great time only gripe was around pool areas were dirty could of done with a good clean but overall a great holiday for a great price and in a fab location

Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable.

Great for the kids they were entertained throughout the holiday. Food and drink wasn’t great but managed to find something each day even if it was just chips. Staff were friendly. Would return if needed a kid friendly holiday

Es un hotel que ya hemos estado un par de veces, y lo mejor es el trato del personal, son gente muy agradable, si pudiera destacar algo, es que tendrían que tener más limpias las zonas de las piscinas, los pájaros se la han hecho suya y es una pena, y el agua estaba muy sucia

Rummet var väldigt slitet. Städningen var inte noggrant utförd. Väldigt trevlig personal, mycket hjälpsamma. Mycket bra underhållning på kvällarna. Vissa saker var lite märkliga, som att glassmaskinen sattes igång först vid 14.30, och att det inte fanns någon form av snacks på kvällen, förutom popcorn som man själv fick köpa i en automat.

Food poor, very limited choices and often not properly cooked. Pool area nice but limited sun beds and large pool felt very unsafe as so deep and lifeguards not able to visualise entire pool due to their position. Communal toilets not clean. Staff very pleasant and always helpful.

Old room, odd door locking system, dark at night to get to room when checking in late. Paper thin walls makes rooms very noisy. Seems like there were too many guest at the hotel and the staff were unable to keep the pools, bar and restaurant clean and tidy. 3 nice pools ideal for children and a great beach 5 minutes away. Food was basic and probably more 2 star.

Två vuxna och ett barn på 4 år. Vi var där 1vecka med all inclusive. Ett mysigt hotell som skulle behöva sig en liten uppdatering. Trevlig personal. Bra aktiviteter för barn och poolområde. Gångavstånd till två stränder och nära till restaurangområde och shopping. Maten var riktigt dålig, vi blev sjuka efter de första dagarna. Åt sedan ute resten av veckan och höll oss friska. Exteremt hög ljudnivå i restaurangen oavsett tid på dygnet. Hantering av disken sköttes med vagnar som kördes mellan borden. De dunkade tallrikar mot soptunnan som sitter på vagnen och kastade bestick i låderna. Inte så supermysigt!

Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sehr zweckmäßig. Die Betten sehr hart, der Boden leider etwas sandig, im Bad war es vollkommen veraltet. Die Dusche war nicht einzustellen, es fehlte eine Art Duschwand. Beim Duschen spritzte automatisch das ganze Bad nass. Am Waschbecken Rost, unter dem Waschbecken notdürftig repariert. Zimmer keinesfalls mehr als 3 Sterne. Die Pool-Anlagen waren sehr schön für Kinder. Es gibt 9 kleine Rutschen und auch jede Menge andere Wasser-Spiele. Das Essen war schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich, wir haben immer etwas Leckeres gefunden und sind satt geworden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Spielplatz ist eine schöne Anlaufstelle abends, da tagsüber die Sonne darauf scheint. Die Rutsche müsste neu bezogen werden, da die Kinder weniger rutschen als dass sie drauf sitzen bleiben :-D Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, da wir wussten, dass wir 3 Sterne gebucht haben und Preis-Leistung für uns vollkommen ok war!

Sono stata sorpresa per la grandezza di questa struttura, belli spazi per bambini e camere davvero grandi! Il ristorante non è male anche se potrebbero variare un po’ di più e usare tutti i posti per mettere i vari cibi non solo metà (sono andata la seconda settimana di settembre) con queste premesse il villaggio/residence poteva avere davvero un bel punteggio alto ma passiamo ai lati negativi: - pulizia davvero scarsa, o meglio dovrebbero stare più attenti alle persone e NON far mangiare la gente in piscina o sexy ti nel bordo (più volte sono caduti pezzi dentro la piscina di alimenti o addirittura bicchieri di varie bibite) - ristornate sempre dovuto ai clienti prendevano i cibi e con le MANI rimettevano dentro, manca qualcuno che controlla e non permetta queste cose - bagni pubblici della struttura presi in maniera scandalosa! Già a metà mattina il pavimento era preso in maniera orrenda - area snack si scivolava tantissimo sopratutto dove c’erano le granite e più volte i bambini sono caduti - animazione non sapevano quasi nulla di italiano, mio figlio ha fatto molta fatica a capire e apprezzare questo reparto
