The room was much bigger than we expected. Very comfortable. We would definitely recommend. However, don't try to do your laundry. There is a laundromat about 5 minute walk away. You will save some time by washing your clothes there. I hate to complain about this one thing given how amazing the room was... huge and really beautiful. Just do your laundry elsewhere :)

Nice place to stay, within 10 - 15 minute walk from Kyoto station, quiet residential feel, rooftop patio is very nice to relax on with great views, and the staff are inviting (friendly) and helpful. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. 🙂👍

The hotel is very nice, our room was very large and had a kitchen and spacious bathroom. The only thing we didn’t like is that the hotel is located in a residential area and doesn’t have any restaurants nearby.

Really great hotel! Watch out for taxes that you have yo pay when you arrive 200 ¥ by person by night. Also the washing where really bad, the stuff was not dry. All the rest was great!

The room was amazing! Everything is clean and they had brought up our luggage to our room since we were earlier than the check in time. It was so great we booked an extra night here and cancelled a night somewhere else from our itinerary!
