This is an old tired property that inside need of an upgrade. And cleanliness is not top of mind here. Having said that the staff will do all they can but are clearly limited. For example, the gym equipment is broken and the water cooler was empty the entire time (despite telling staff everyday that it was). Also, no towels or wipes in the gym so …. Will not recommend this to others save for the fact is super close to Darlings Bay and easy to navigate the city centre

Book 2 rooms but 1 room was failure of AC. No one try to solve the issue even we checked out on the next day. No manager, no technician, only front desk staff help nothing. The worst experience we had stayed in the hotel around the world.

Well our dishwasher did not work and was reported but took 2 days to fix. I had to ask if any compensation and Bj reluctantly gave me a bottle of wine and chocolates.Penny and Mae very nice and friendly. WE lost a pink baby blanket and reported it so hoping the hotel staff or laundry will find it!

Rooms were a bit tiny but comfortable. Had to ask for face cloths every day and had to get them to replace used coffee cups and glasses daily. Had to get coffee packets from front desk every day. Liked that you could store your luggage pre check in and after check out.

The computer system was down so we had to wait ages to get checked in. They upgraded us to a large suite, which was great, but it wasn't that clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine but the living and kitchen area had a lot of hair on the floor and it was gritty. The suite was also very noisy even though it was on the 18th floor you could still hear a lot of street noise and then there was some sort of loud hissing noise that went off for 2 seconds every 20 seconds all through the night. Great location though and staff was very nice.

Very close to QVB and Chinatown. Staff was very helpful, we stored the luggage early morning before check in, check in was super quick. Room with a fantastic city view.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to hold our luggage before check in and after check out. The cleanliness could have been improved. You can tell they only clean the floors down the middle, but not in the corners. The bathroom tile could use a serious steam clean. Baseboards thick with dust. Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. But the stove top, microwave, fridge and dishwasher were used lots during our stay and appreciated.

This is a great property near darling harbour, very walkable, great restaurants and attractions near by. The room itself had a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The only downfall was the bed was two twin size beds squished together which made for a hard line between the two beds when trying to sleep beside a partner. Staff was super helpful, friendly and very informative. Would recommend to others coming into the area. Especially for long stays.
