Greta location. The room was quite large and offered all you could need for an apartment -like stay fro a few days. The location was great and was only about a block away from the amazing city center of Aix.

Great apartment in central location. Very clean and comfortable. Quite large apartment - we only stayed for one night and wish we stayed longer. Close to town center. Parking cost extra but worth it as car stays in underground parking while you can easily walk everywhere.

The front deck was very helpful, helped me with my baggage and to change room. The windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see out and new room windows extremely clean however lots of acclumalated dust on bathroom pipes. Other wise clean an efficient kitchen

This has been the worst place I have ever stayed the Ethan being in a 3rd country! I had to change apartments because the first one was leaking water from the sink. The place was very dirty. The 2nd studio was better but also dirty! There was no air conditioning and I asked for a fan. I had to bring the fan up by myself. No one helped me. The staff at the desk were accommodating. That was the only saving grace! How can Expedia showcase a place like this?

Disgusting room that stunk of sewage gas. We were told by the front desk they knew it was a problem and would give us room spray and otherwise would not help, offer another room or give a refund despite the room being uninhabitable.

Once we found it it was great

The hotel is covered in scaffolding (Jan 25) so hard to see and parking nearby was impossible until we found Carnot public parking. This gives a free stay period and from there you can find the hotel on foot, sort out hotel parking and move the car to it.
