If ur travelling in the city with ur family and looking for hotel to stay I highly recommend this hotel save u from eating dine in outside because the room has own kitchen and u can cook healthy meals for ur family Cole’s is just 15min walk form it.

The hotel needs a little love,but clean,and the location is great. We easily walked from the cruise port with 2 big suitcases. The king size bet was comfortable, and the shower was great. We’ll stay here again.

Bathroom had no soap and inadequate supply of towels. Hard to keep floor dry due to configuration of shower. Thermostat did not work. So while the experience was satisfactory and the location is awesome, the overall experience was quite average.

The hotel is old and in need of updating. We had a king room at the end of a hotel with a small kitchenette. We found a cockroach on the top of the small fridge one morning and alerted the hotel front desk on our way out for the day. Upon our return from our outing we found the cockroach was still there. No further communication from the hotel staff regarding this. My husband killed the roach and we were leaving the next day but it was gross and unnerving.

Really really disappointed with this hotel. It's a great location and the room came with a view but from 9pm until about 3am there was construction in the street outside conducted by the city. There is no possible way that this level of work would have been done without notifying businesses in the area but the hotel provided no warning when booking or when checking in. This was not minor works, jackhammers and heavy equipment, I was completely unable to sleep. I called the reception and got no information or even basic courtesy. In the end I had to go and get information from the city, I had make a noise complaint. The work stopped not long after, can't be sure if it was because of the complaint. When I checked out the guy at the front desk didn't even ask how my stay was. Perhaps he knew it had been bad. It takes nothing to acknowledge a bad situation but that seemed too much to ask. This seems like basic customer service.

This hotel is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities around Sydney Harbour. It’s close to transportation hubs and this makes visiting anywhere around Sydney a breeze!

Last minute booking but the listing said Harbour View. They were not kidding! I had an incredible view of the Sydney Opera House. The room was dated and the dark carpet was questionable for cleanliness but the bathroom and kitchen were clean and welcoming and the bed was comfy. I would stay there again for the view!!

The only things nice about this hotel is the location and the lobby. The rest of the hotel did not get any renovation. Starting from the elevators is possible to understand the bad status of the rest of the hotel. The receptionist was not really a welcoming person and not with a professional behavior. Our room had the following issues: - HEATING SYSTEM NOT WORKING (we had to ask in the middle of the night a fan to warm up the room) - HOLES AND MOLD IN THE BATH TUB - BATHROOM AND ROOM FANS GRILLS VERY DIRTY - BIG STAINS ON SOFA AND CURTAINS - DUST IN CLOSETS, KITCHEN AND WORKING DESK - ELECTRIC PLUGS VERY HOLD - KITCHEN CABINETS VERY HOLD AND WITH CHIPPED PANELS - REPAIR ON A WALL NOT PAINTED - WATER LEAK STAIN ON THE CEILING - VENTILATION GRILL FELL DURING THE NIGHT WAKING UP ALL OF US - STAINS ON THE CARPET - TEMPERATURE WALL CONTROL VERY OLD It turned out to be a complete different experience respect what we thought. Not recommended !!!

Staff is friendly. Offered to store luggage until room ready. Printed documents needed for a trip. Bathroom door won’t close and no one to fix it. Threatened a fine if alarm went off due to steam from bathroom. Safe door locked and no one to fix it. Misplaced a gift left by a friend and only found it after we had left the city. Hope it will be there upon our next visit.
