DO NOT STAY HERE!! Never known a bed like it!!

Me and my wife ended up with bruised sides after sleeping here for 2nights, the mattress is the WORST we’ve ever slept in, you can feel the metal springs coming through, you’ll not have a decent sleep here!! Also all the photos on hotels.com are fake to what we stayed in. The property was very basic and not as great as expected, this was floor 16 apartment 14. Not only was we disappointed by the bed but we had to wait from 12pm in the lobby until 2pm “check in” time to turn up to the apartment not even been touched by cleaners, nothing had been done but we got told they just missed out fresh towels which was a lie. We had to wait around for someone to come and clean it properly and asked 3 times for them to change the bedding as we could see it was still the bedding from the previous people. The apartment was finally ready at 3:45pm meaning we had wasted all our afternoon on waiting around and making sure it was actually clean for us to stay in, after all that - that’s when we discovered the bed problem but as we had already paid for the property we didn’t want to loose our money and move somewhere else. It also says there’s a pool, which is correct on floor 7, however your lift key only lets you go to floor 16 ONLY so you have no chance of using the pool area. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend either. The apartment needs a bit of TLC too, stained toilet, balcony door doesn’t lock, balcony light doesn’t turn off etc, all needs looking at

The location was super convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
