Appart hotel à fuir

On m'a donné une chambre au dernier étage. A chaque utilisation d'ascenseur, j'entendais le moteur et du coup je n'ai pas dormis la nuit J'ai demandé de changer de chambre. Ils étaient compréhensifs et ils m'ont changé de chambre. J'ai eu une chambre au rdc. Elle était très humide, froide. Le matelas n'était pas confortable. J'ai demandé de changer de matelas, je croyais que ce n'était pas compliqué de faire. Ils m'ont proposé de rechanger de chambre mais c'est proche de l'ascenseur. Je n'ai pas accepté, je préfère dormir que mal dormir. On m'a informé de nettoyer la chambre puisque je reste plus que 2 semaines. Ça n'a pas été fait. A cause du matelas, j'ai eu une torticolis pendant 2 semaines. A fuire

Vier Tage ohne Zimmerservice

Die Lage des Hotels, 10 Minuten vom Gare Part-Dieu und der Metrostation Garibaldi entfernt, ist ideal. Das Hotel ist relativ ruhig, doch sind die Zimmer sehr einfach ausgestattet und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Befremdet hat mich, dass es in den vier Tagen keinen Zimmerservice gab. Sonst ist das Hotel preisentsprechend gut.

En générale,je suis un peu satisfait sauf pour le lit a chaque fois,je devais inspecté, J etais trop fatigué, c est la seile benol,j ai passe aux laser pour verifier tout le lit,il y avais de la saleté,des cheveux,des poile etc Je pense qui lave directement les draps et couette en machine et que ça lave mal.Mais le reste est tres propre. Le personnels tres gentil et tres comprehensif. Hier,on m a refais le lit et casse la boite de papier toilette.Alors qui avais le panneaux

Une propreté douteuse (cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain). Une baignoire quasi entièrement bouchée. Un bruit permanent de l'ascenseur qui résonne dans tout le batiment... Et j'en passe. Grosse déception.

Todo muy viejo y sucio. La regadera es lo más incómodo de la vida, no tiene donde poner el teléfono entonces te tienes que bañar sosteniéndolo. Muy sucio Solo un papel de baño que no es suficiente La cama es muy pequeña La estufa no funciona bien

Bueno y barato.

Hotel limpio, cerca de a estación y bastante cerca de transporte público. Hasta el centro turístico unos 40 min andando. Muy tranquilo durante la noche, pero a los oídos finos hay un ruido de maquinaria que puede molestarles. Cocina suficiente para desayunos (y otras comidas), aunque sin tostadora. Mágnífica relación calidad precio

Séjours and Affaires Lyon Saint Nicolas is located close to Lyon Part-Dieu train station, which is a great advantage. At the same time, the historic center of Lyon is within a walking distance. Also, the are 2 supermarkets near the hotel.

1 chambre, 1 etron et l'ascenseur

Nous sommes arrivés le samedi. N'etant pas équipé d'un service de réception et donc de bagagerie nous avons gardé nos valises jusqu'à 15h heure à laquelle nous avons pu entrer dans notre chambre.. La grande surprise fut de taille. Un magnifique étron était logé au fond du wc et nous a tenu compagnie jusqu'au lundi.. jour où nous avons pu obtenir une nouvelle chambre située juste en face de l'ascenceur... Ainsi, nous avons été bercé par les vas et vients incessants des gens prenant l'ascenceur toute la nuit De plus, la literie est mediocre. Pour terminer, Le check out se faisant à 12h, la femme de menage se permet d'entrer dans la chambre à 10h30... Heureusement que la receptionniste était agreable et souriante Je deconseille fortement cet etablissement

Apartamentos básicos pero con lo necesario. El problema vino a la hora de la llegada, ya que al ser domingo la recepción estaba cerrada y no se había avisado de ello. Conseguir la llave del apartamento fue una odisea que nos llevó casi una hora.

La terrasse n'était pas du tout propre, elle était cloisonné donc pas de vu appart sur des murs ... La réceptionniste m’avais confirmé mon arrivé avancée et en arrivant elle nous a dit que non elle n’était pas au courant alors que c’est cette personne que j’ai eu par téléphone en demandant une arrivé à 11h, elle m’avais bien dit que c’était possible au final nous avons dû garder tout nos bagage jusqu’à 15h alors qu’on ne connaissait pas du tout la ville et même laisser les bagages derrière son bureau elle n’a pas voulu ... très insatisfait de la réceptionniste.
