good points are that it is located close to a tram station, and the staff is efficient and welcoming. On the other hand - (twin) beds very narrow, rooms on street side are noisy (windows far from soundproof), general aspect is "cheap". I called the day before to make sure they would have a car park - at check in they told me the car park was full... not confident to park in the street in those suburbs surroundings...

The room was larger than expected, the staff friendly, the room clean. We were promised air conditioning and instead were given fans, loud fans. In addition to that there was a train track right next to the building. When trains would pass it would get pretty loud. Except for those two things we’re satisfied with the stay, it was a good considering what was paid.

The property condition is what you pay for, I have no issue with that, the thing that upsets me is the inconsiderate staff during check in, we arrived early and was too tired after walking around so we decided to rest at the lobby for hours, check in was 4pm at 3:55 pm I asked if we can check in and the receptionist said no because she’s not done on whatever she’s doing in the computer at 3:45 a french speaking family came and she checked them in first at exactly 4pm before she checked us in.

The AC in our room was broken. We were shifted rooms for the second night to with with AC, but the despite this accommodation the place was very tight quarters for 3 and didn't feel very clean.

The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding.

Mediocre at best

Kind of odd. We have arrived at 10 pm, but we have entered the room at 12 am, because the door lock had a problem and we have waited the technician to come and open the door. No AC, I think this was a huge problem. Not that clean, the bathroom had no windows or a fan. The sofa had some weird noise when moving and the pillows where not sleeping pillows, just for design.

Sehr abgewohntes Zimmer, mit Renovierungsbedarf. Schranktüren liesen sich zum Teil nicht öffnen, Klimaanlage war defekt, Wandlampen im Schlafzimmer abgebrochen, Furnier an der Küche ist abgeblättert und die Herdplatten waren stark verschmutzt. Der Boden war voller Fusseln und im Bad war noch Müll vom vorherigen Gast. Es gab keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer und im Handtuch war ein großes Loch. Wir waren zu dritt, die Schlafcouch war nicht vorbereitet und es waren nur zwei Duschhandtücher auf dem Zimmer. Kleine Handtücher gab es gar nicht. Positiv zu erwähnen sind das sehr nette Personal, die Zimmergrösse und die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Vi var glade for at bo der. Det var fedt med eget køkken osv, så man havde mulighed for at lave hjemme, hvis man ville det. Lå tæt på handle muligheder og ca. 20 min. gang fra havnen og liv i gaderne. Det var nemt at parkere. Badeværelset lugter jordslået hele opholdet selvom vi prøver at lufte ud, og aircondition virkede ikke så godt. Der var pletter på det lagen, som var lagt på i starten af vores ophold, hvilket ikke var så lækkert. Men ellers fint til prisen.
