The AC in our room was broken. We were shifted rooms for the second night to with with AC, but the despite this accommodation the place was very tight quarters for 3 and didn't feel very clean.

Perfect tourist location

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Don't expect luxury, just good modern accommodation. Roomy bathrm. Self housekeeping,but you can always replace towels. Cooking facilities quite adequate, located near two very reasonably priced grocery stores. Location amazing, tramstop around the corner. Buy a seven day pass @ the airport, and it's good on tram and all city buses. Front staff knowledgeable and helpful, but very strict on 3 p.m checkin. 3 star rating very accurate.

After a long day of travel we arrived at the residence and were honesty disappointed with the room. Check in was fine and the front end staff was helpful. There seemed to be a lack of security however as one could walk in from the front straight to the ground floor rooms. When we walked into our room there were bugs crawling around in the kitchen even though the kitchen appeared clean. The carpets were stained throughout the flat and the couch had various stains and burn marks on it. We were not concerned about the neighbourhood and appreciated the proximity to the tram line. The parking underground however was also flooded in the area we were supposed to park in.

A good stay

The room was convenient and clean. It was nice to have a kitchen (there is even a dishwasher). The bathroom was good and the shower cabin had a strong stream, warm water and did not leak. The surrounding area of the hotel isn't the best, so perhaps avoid walking alone at night. But the hotel is right on the tram line and the distance to the old city is about 15 minutes walk.

horrible stay

horrible stay. They have a stupid design about the room key, cant even open the door easily. no parking you have to pay 10euro for a narrow underground parking with password which you have to get out of the car to put-in. room is small water pressure is unstable. completely a waste of money and time.

So-so apart-hotel, easy to reach location

We had mixed feelings about this apart-hotel. Advantages: a room with a mini-kitchen as advertised; clean beds and washrooms; excellent frequent tram service to city centre and attraction. Problems: broken air conditioning in our room, air gets very stuffy very soon; no kitchen knives or peelers for cutting veggies, we had to ask for them and got a few cutlery knives that weren't sharp; TV remote was dead, had to ask for a replacement; old carpets with cigaret burns; some of the receptionists weren't too reliable about giving directions to the nearest supermarkets or restaurants, although others gave reliable advice on bus services, etc. Overall, we probably won't stay there again and will try something else instead.

Good apartment, well located.

This hotel/apartment was close enough to reach the beach by foot but also close to the tram. The address itself is difficult to find as the number listed actually belongs to an abandoned building. The area looks kind of sketchy as well. The place was clean except for the shower.

Hotel located close to public transportation.

Had bad experience, when we arrived at 7:30pm reception was closed ( it should be opened till 8 pm). First time with car in this Hotel - recepy for disaster: no proper explanation during booking how to manage self parking.
