The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including all kitchen items, as well as coffee and tea. Location was very quiet and close to several trails. Check-in process was seamless.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and every time we moved just a little bit it made a a lot of noise and made it hard to fall a sleep. If you are 4 people like us you will need to rent a cottage with 2 normal beds. The kitchen needed som new things and some cleaning. Other than that we had an amazing time and enjoyed the nature and the calming atmosphere. We also enjoyed the spa on the back balcony. We would recommend others to come and stay.

Over priced cabin

The cabin was okay but definitely could use some maintenance inside. Most of the blinds didn’t work properly, the kitchen sink wasn’t draining properly, kitchen table was rickity, and most importantly the queen bed and pullout bed need replacing as they were very uncomfortable.

They have some updated places, which weren't given to us. The Wi-Fi isn't secured since many people went through it. After connecting to their Wi-Fi, my phone started to malfunction, going into video recording and typing without my intention.

Everything about the cottage was amazing, and no detail went unnoticed. We came for a family vacation and there was plenty of space for the kids and adults. We loved how we were able to unpack, get groceries and spend the rest of the time exploring the west coast because everything else was provided. The luxury cottage itself is beautiful, but the view is gorgeous and was a major highlight to start the day as you overlook the ocean. We will be back!

Ucluelet is lovely

Overall the stay was good. The area was great - close to Lighthouse loop and walkable into town. There were a few issues with the unit which I directed to Reef Point but haven’t had a response yet.

A little worn but we’ll equipped for our visit. Would be tight for more than two people. Parking space is awkward. Overall the unit worked well for our needs. Within walking distance to the lighthouse and downtown.

There were at least 30 cabins available, our particular cabin had a few things that we noticed that could change, like adding salt and pepper, emptying the dishwasher so we’re not looking for dishes, the stairs to the cottage need a repair as we tripped going up them, the back door was broken and could not be opened and the grout in the bathroom was long overdue to be replaced, but the worst thing was definitely the bed and pillows, which honestly were very uncomfortable and made sleeping quite difficult. We enjoyed staying at this location. It was quiet and peaceful. Close to walking paths. The kitchen has a few items or pots, pan and utensils for cooking. We enjoyed using the bbq on the back porch. We did discover the previous occupants potato chips under the ottoman. Otherwise, we would gladly stay here again.

Would of liked a washer and dryer in the cottage. Kitchen needed oven mitts to use for the oven. Otherwise overall it was a beautful, cozy and relaxing stay. Loved the view of the water frim the back balconies.
