This is my second time at this property and love it. Can’t say enough about the walkable close to metro, Forum shops, bakery and Louvre location all at a reasonable rate. Infact the metro elevator to go straight to the tracks with your heavy travel bags is to the left of the entrance. Clean renovated room, free quality coffee in lobby, friendly staff l, safe entry. Comfy beds, beautiful view of fountain with tons of action and youthful vibe.

Location is convenient, hotel clean and well run, service friendly and accòmodating. The problems we had will hopefully be temporary; construction noise starting early in the morning, and a room that lacks basic things like electrical outlets in the kitchen (we setup appliances on the floor in the bedroom), towel racks in the bathroom.

The property was great. Room was very clean, spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Metro access is right on the doorstep, close to tourist spots. Vibrant neighborhood -- which is great during the day, but can be fairly noisy at night from the street.

The property was under construction, which we were forewarned. However, in addition to the constant presence and noise of the workers, they left only one elevator for the guests. The room was not clean. The hairdryer and kettle were broken and not ever replaced despite my saying so. The area, however is ideal

The location of the hotel is very convenience for visiting and accessing most of the sites in Paris. Lots of options for eating and using public transportations. A bit noisy outsides at nights even pass midnights. Lots of homeless people around the area and it seems they start making noise at nights. Since the weather was really hot and the AC wasn't working in the room we had to keep the windows open and that is where the noise from outside become more annoying ... however overall we enjoyed our stay in Paris and hotel front desk employees were very helpful and friendly.

The customer service was excellent. Area was in prime location to metro, bakeries, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was perfect for a family of 4 (2 kids). The hotel is older but currently getting some upgrades ( did not impact our stay there at all). Highly recommend and will return here in future!

Very convenient location close to metro. Overall property was ok but service was not good. Room was good size but wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been. Service was bad. Asked for extra shampoo, wasn’t given. The safety deposit box in the room didn’t work, we reported it and yet was not fixed during our stay of 4 nights. The room was not cleaned during our stay, I had to get extra towels from a designated storage room. Not great.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to different places. But the room was not what was expected for the price. It’s old and it was a little bit dirty (hair in the shower and the floor was dirty). There was a constant noise in the room and is was hard to sleep with it. I would not go back.

The property shows a bit of its age… but the kitchen and overall set up makes it well worth it. Everything is at walkable distance, the hotel is in the heart of the action. It is my 3rd stay and plan to be back.
