Great people make a great Hotel!

What made our stay at this lovely hotel was the very kind and lovely front desk receptionist, Jasmala Stanslaus! Her greeting was so personal and truly expressed a desire to assist in anyway. She could tell that we were in our early 70's. She told us our room is ready, but tomorrow she was moving us to a room that is more accommodating. Because we had a tour early the following morning, we broungt our luggage down to the front desk. She made sure that our luggage was in the room upon our return that late evening! The other personnel at this beautiful hotel are also very friendly!

It's an apartment hotel. Do not expect a proper hotel room The unit was claustrophobic (1 bedroom apartment). could have stayed in Le clef tour de Eiffel with the Same amount of money.( Way much better) Free coffee in the lobby was a plus Location is good (10-20minutes walk to good places)

Muy bueno, muy bien provisto, amplio, muy bien ubicado. En las habitaciones con escalera, que fue donde nos hospedamos, tener en cuenta que será muy dificil subir una valija normal (si un carry on). Nosotros las valijas las dejamos en el sector living por lo que nos fue indiferente, pero para una estadía muy prolongada (una semana o mas, por ejemplo) puede ser un problema. Por todo el resto, impecable.

I booked this hotel thinking I had the room in the photo. But it was much smaller. For 3 nights it was too small. The bed was as hard as a piece of plywood. That being said, the location was perfect, within 2 minutes of a metro. The area was very safe.
