Perfect, romantic, a little piece of heaven!

Immaculate from start to finish. Warmest reception ever! Stunning and charming boutique hotel with an idyllic garden pool. Poolside breakfasts, coffee in the room, treats and raki in the room, welcome champagne cocktail with treats on arrival, cute little balcony, big bright washroom and rain shower, lots of electrical outlets, super comfortable bed. Prime location in the middle of the old city nestled among beautiful restaurant patios. If you rely on hotel toiletries, these were not good. I would never usually comment on that, but my luggage was delayed so I had to use the hotel toiletries for a couple days. They collected my delayed luggage after we had already checked out and even walked our luggage to our car, about 7 minutes away through the pedestrian only cobblestone streets. I wish we could have stayed longer. This is truly one of the best hotel experiences ever (and we are avid travelers).

This is a very nice place to stay. With 2 pools. A great breakfast selection. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very accommodating and responsive! I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic historic hotel right in the heart of old town. Close to all the top restaurants. Great breakfast - staff even made us a to go bag when we had an early start for Samariá gorge. Excellent service and friendly staff.

This location was in the old town so it was super convenient and we could walk everywhere. Parking was off site and although it was safe and close by it was a little pricey.

The staff were attentive, the room commodious and comfortable (we were upgraded on arrival as well). Pool and breakfast area luxurious and beds very comfortable. It is located in the heart of the tourist /old part of town which makes it very easy to wander, shop, take breaks and return for more wandering. Paid city parking is nearby just a few short blocks.

The location of the hotel was beautifully nestled in the heart of the Old Town. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a great experience. The hotel grounds were picturesque and intimate, and a great spot to start and cap off the day. Parking is a little tricky as the Old Town is a pedestrian-only zone. Loved our time there!

The hotel and neighbourhood are lovely, but we were never warned it is not directly accessible by car (you have to navigate to a parking that is only a few blocks away - but I am not exaggerating it took us an hour to get there since there are so many pedestrianized and one way streets. Do not stay here if you have any accessibility needs. The nicer rooms are up at least one or more flights of stairs, no elevators. We booked many rooms for a local wedding and were surprised to show up with many bags only to have to drag them several blocks late at night after a long day travelling ... bathrooms are clean but very small

Great hotel in Rethymno old town

This is a great boutique hotel in the pedestrian area of the old city centre. A little difficult if you have a car, but there is public parking 3 blocks away. Service is excellent; breakfast has lots of choices, including local foods. Our room close to the breakfast area was noisy in the morning so we got room change. Good location.

Really superb, personable service

A beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Old Rethymno. Within easy walking distance of the town's major attractions. The hotel itself is a repurposed two hundred year old manor and olive oil factory and buildings (there are two of them, facing one another across a narrow medieval street) have a serene charm. Not a party palace, but a great base of operations. What I'd most like to point out, though, was the incredible level of service and thoughtfulness from management and staff. They were incredibly - and enthusiastically - helpful on matters large and small. Would definitely return.

Lovely boutique hotel

Stayed here for three nights and loved every minute. The staff is wonderful and breakfast delicious! The beds are a bit hard but most beds in Greece are. Bathroom was small but the room was very spacious.

Fabulous Boutique Hotel
