J’aurais bien aimé un peu plus de vaisselle et d’ustensiles. 2 assiettes 2petits verres 2 cuillères 2 fourchettes etc ce n’est pas terrible. J’ai demandé un verre plus grand pour pour prendre une bière mais ce n’était pas possible.

Nice hotel that it is close to Metro line and accessible to amenities. Reasonable value for money. Because it has small kitchenette in each room, when people cook something and forget to open the windows or the stove vent, it would trigger the fire alarm. During our stays (5 days), the alarm went off 4 times.. 3 times during the day and 1 time around 11:00pm. That is the only one thing that we did not like about this hotel.

It is a fairly decent property. It is a bit far from Paris, but close enough to metro stations. I like that it had all the amenities mentioned and we could prepare our own meals. The staff was helpful and overall it was a good experience. One suggestion l would make is to make sure front desk knows which rooms are clean. We were booked into a dirty room. However, the staff quickly rectified it.

Clean rooms and responsive staff

The hotel was clean and decent. We booked a room with 2 twins, but was given a double bed room when we checked in. The hotel staff was quick to fix this by changing our rooms to what we reserved. We needed to leave a piece of id to borrow a hair dryer and id is returned when we give the hair dryer back. Housekeeping is on the weekly basis. Our stay was for 5 nights, so we never had housekeeping in our room. However, we had a clogging issue with our shower drain and the hotel was very responsive and had that resolved quickly.

Très bon séjour, à l'exception du désagrément causé à deux reprises par la sonnerie de l'alarme tonitruante qui résonne dans tout l'hôtel à chaque fois qu'un hôte provoque une source de chaleur (cigarette, cuisson....) La 1ère alarme a eu lieu en plein jour mais la 2ème m'a réveillée à 5h du matin

Le Check-in et le Check-out se sont bien déroulés. L’hôtel paraît propre et le personnel agréable. En revanche, pour un trois étoiles, le séjour n’était pas tout-à-fait satisfaisant. Infiltration d’air par la fenêtre, chauffage non fonctionnel, pas de couette supplémentaire ; la nuit ne fut donc pas réparatrice. Il est tout de même indispensable de vérifier les équipements régulièrement, surtout en période hivernale ! De plus, demander d’échanger une pièce d’identité contre un sèche cheveux n’est pas une pratique légale. Il faut faire attention à ces petites choses qui peuvent « gâcher » un séjour et c’est dommage car l’hôtel est quand même bien situé.
