This place is way overpriced for what it offers!! The bathroom over flow the first day the kitchen sink did not drain, the carpet was on terrible conditions, the bed was taped in place. The tv is a joke. Sheet and towels weee clean. Location was great.

Properly location was good and bed was very comfy for me. Heater/AC in the room was okay. The showers were rubbish, poor water pressure, it kept changing and also the temperature kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold. Overall was okay and for the price and location, I would probably stay again.

There was miscommunication about the place we were staying in, in which I was told on the phone that the bathroom would be split amongst 6 people, however everyone on the floor had access to that bathroom, and it was a bit unclean (stains on the couch), but besides that it was a good stay!

Location, location, location! This was an amazing place to stay. When we look for accommodations, we look for safe, clean, and a good location. This place had all of these things. We were right across the street from the red/green subway line, Boston Common, and a short walk to Quincy Market, Macy's, and lots of shopping. We took a short subway ride to North Station and a commuter train to Salem for the day. Our room was a good size, had a double bunk bed with a super comfy mattress, and there were two full bathrooms across the hall that we never had to wait for (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Management was great for contact by text. When we travel to a bigger city, we don't spend a lot of time in our room so we're looking for a comfy place to lay our heads and chill out at the end of the day. We appreciated the smart tv where we could login to our Amazon Prime and Netflix before hitting the hay. Would definitely stay again!

The bed is super comfortable, self check in instructions are clear. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer and coffee maker all work excellently. The only downside is the shower hot water takes forever to start, and the heater is very noisy. It’s also close to the road, so the noises from the construction and roads are very noisy. Love the fact there’s elevator.

Location is perfect for what we wanted to see and do. Priced attractively. Building was quiet but annoyingly noisy on the street and sidewalks every evening from 9pm to early morning. (Honking, arguing, trucks..) Would stay again

Great location

The room in which we stayed was lovely. There was a problem with linens as we did not have but one face cloth, but the room was comfortable. The entrance to the building was not extremely well kept, but I would stay there again because the location was great.

If you are a light sleeper it may not be the best location (fairly loud at unpredictable hours and lots of light), but otherwise a perfect spot.

Freezing room

Thermostat was not functioning. A separate Portable AC/Heater unit was in the room that was too loud to run during sleep or when watching tv. The room was 58 degrees during our stay and it was absolutely uncomfortable.
