Perfect location next to Boston Common. The room was spacious and clean, as were the communal bathrooms. The building itself looked tired in places (e.g. peeling wallpaper) but the location more than made up for it.

We loved it!

A clean and cozy little hotel. It's perfectly situated! We were on the second floor, with 4 bathrooms 2 kitchens and a laundry. Our bedroom had a fridge and a microwave. Very convenient after a long day. The check was very easy, we received a noticed about our bedroom beinf ready 2 hours before normal check in.

It was convenient and inexpensive. It felt unsafe regarding security inside the building and outside at night. The AC was very noisy and marginally effective. At night there was significant noise outside.

This place is way overpriced for what it offers!! The bathroom over flow the first day the kitchen sink did not drain, the carpet was on terrible conditions, the bed was taped in place. The tv is a joke. Sheet and towels weee clean. Location was great.

Properly location was good and bed was very comfy for me. Heater/AC in the room was okay. The showers were rubbish, poor water pressure, it kept changing and also the temperature kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold. Overall was okay and for the price and location, I would probably stay again.

It was good! There was miscommunication about the place we were staying in, in which I was told on the phone that the bathroom would be split amongst 6 people, however everyone on the floor had access to that bathroom, and it was a bit unclean (stains on the couch), but besides that it was a good stay!

Location, location, location! This was an amazing place to stay. When we look for accommodations, we look for safe, clean, and a good location. This place had all of these things. We were right across the street from the red/green subway line, Boston Common, and a short walk to Quincy Market, Macy's, and lots of shopping. We took a short subway ride to North Station and a commuter train to Salem for the day. Our room was a good size, had a double bunk bed with a super comfy mattress, and there were two full bathrooms across the hall that we never had to wait for (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Management was great for contact by text. When we travel to a bigger city, we don't spend a lot of time in our room so we're looking for a comfy place to lay our heads and chill out at the end of the day. We appreciated the smart tv where we could login to our Amazon Prime and Netflix before hitting the hay. Would definitely stay again!

Fun stay at Tenple Place. I was here for work but made it a fun work trip running in Boston Common both mornings. Love music everywhere in the evening and great local restaurants.

There was a bed and a roof that kept the rain off my head. Overall the building is run down and the suite looks like someone slapped a coat of paint on a small old apartment. Extremely utilitarian but functional. Matress on the bed was bigger than the box spring under it which was weird near the edges. No exterior windows. What was there worked. I would not stay again.
