Great hotel for families and couples alike. Excellent location with easy access to the lovely beach. Good pools but not many sun loungers and the areas around the pools is not big. Stronger WiFi. Decent breakfast. The only downside że was a strong smell of cooking early in the morning in our room.

The hotel has a great location, right on the beach. The pool and breakfast were very nice. The property feels a bit worn overall, but it is very clean and offers everything needed for a good stay. The room is simple but comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. the area is very quiet and family oriented. Dinner options are 8-12 walk away. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Recommend for relaxation

Had a nice and relaxing stay here. Large room, comfortable bed, lovely pool area, delicious breakfast, good staff. Plenty of parking and close enough to restaurants and walkable to the beach. Internet worked great for doing a couple of Zoom meetings during our stay. Terrace off room is spacious and overlooks the pool.

I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that.

The room was clean but the bathroom had some hair on the floor. The staff was good but not ver good. Some of them were very kind, others weren’t. The gym didn’t have water to drink. as other hotels. The pool was big, but not very clean. The last day I saw a dead cockroach floating in the pool. I immediately got out of it. Breakfast was very good but the person in charge of checking the room you belonged to wasn’t. I checked in with my kid and they charged me 600 reales for staying in my room. The price paid wasn’t worth.

Wonderful staf, but overprised hotel. Romm smelled with mold, restaurant expensive but poor quality on food, breaakfast ok, great pool and close to beach, thats what you pay for. Be observant when booking through hotels.com. They charge you extra, had a lot of problem with hotels.com, you never know how much you pay in the end. I had to pay for new years dinner though arriving on day after, they also booked by there mistake two rooms that made a lot of problem. Avoid hotels.com but Coral plaza is ok though its totaly overprized. No blame on stf that is very god.

Hotel overprized, god staf with god service. Room smelled of mold, nice pool and close to beach. Restaurant expensive and poor. Breakfast ok. Hotel charge extra for everything. Avoid booking with Hotels.com, you don.t know the final cost. We had to pay for new years supe though arriving the day after. Also Hotels.com made a mistake booking us for two rooms that was very inconvinius before they cancelled one. Howe ever Coral Plaza is nice but not for the prize thay charge. Also avoid Hotels.com the discription on their site doesnt match the reality

Estadia muito boa Funcionários receptivos , o melhor café de hotel que já participei a nível resort, sobre as piscinas nao entrei pois estava muito gelada e a que é um pouco aquecida tinha muitas pessoas A vista do mar maravilhosa , o hotel nos recebeu com um lindo presente de aniversário de casamento , dou nota 9 só não 10 pelo fato do quarto estar com cheiro mofo o que incomodou a noite
