Amazing Views of Kangaroo Point Brisbane.

The stay was amazing as were the views from our balcony. Our visit could have been improved with free parking and access to Wi-Fi for more than one device. We were given cafe coupons and this was well received.

Overpriced and outdated

Great location near river paths and City Hopper ferry. Horribly old and stained carpets and furniture. Wi-fi extremely expensive and so slow it was virtually useless. Eventually found free and fast across the plaza at the coffee shop. Staff were pleasant enough but not interested in answering a couple of simple questions. Info in room said to get power converters from reception and they simply said, "I have worked here for 6 months and haven't seen any" any and would not inquire if they do in fact have them. Couldn't take a minute to explain the parking signs even though no one else was waiting at the counter. All small things but go a long way to help visiting foreigners. Continental breakfast was also pretty dismal. Very disappointing.

Cannot recommend this property enough. It exceeded my expectations! Staff/ concierge was welcoming, friendly & helpful. The hotel & grounds were immaculate. Parking was an extra charge, but easy & secure parking. Room was beautiful, spacious & clean. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment & it was spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of cupboard space. Laundry amenities available. Beds clean & comfortable. Right on the waterfront, so lovely views. 10 min drive from shopping centre. 5 min drive from bar/ tavern, cafes.
