Wow! Beautiful hotel 😍

It was a beautiful place! Wonderful amenities, steps to the beach. Great location, close to everything. Great brunch and restaurant was fabulous! We didn’t want to leave…… Treat yourself to ocean view, it was stunning!!

A lot of water damage visible on ceilings in common areas. Holes in walls with fans blowing inside the walls. Pool chairs were absolutely rotten, dirty and worn which was surprising and disappointing for this 5 star resort. Glass/mirrors in room dirty with hand prints visible. Thick dust above fridge. All cleaning rags and mops left dirty inside washing machine from housekeeping. Great location and view. Room was ok minus concerns above.

Amazing facility, 2 bedroom suite was spotless and very spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Tallest residential tower in perfect location, amazing views, very large, modern and clean fully equipped apartment, immaculate property and grounds, large balcony, Free Wifi, very short walking distance to beach, within main tourist district with tons of shops, restaurants, quick eats, cafés, bars, and clubs, friendly and accommodating staff. Not inexpensive but very good value nonetheless.

Beach close by, 30 sec. breakfast open 6:30 on the street 30 sec walk . Shopping , Glink ...... less than 5 min walk. Will take the train to hotel next time save a lot of $ from bne

Beautiful hotel right on the beach

We loved the sound of the surf even from the 25th floor. The view from the patio was great. And we were only steps away from the beach and surf.

A few design issues

Apartment good but a few things needed repairs (freezer ice dispenser, shower head and iron). Also, closet space not well designed. Pool are has huge shadow for most of the day. They do not have service elevators.

The apartments are in a great location walkable to lots within surfers but the property is very worn down however the prices they charge don’t reflect this. The pool upstairs don’t match the images anymore instead it has many missing tiles and rust everywhere. Furniture is cheap and in bad condition. The pools were extremely dirty with gross things floating around. Our room was also very poorly managed and cleaned. The curtains were gross and the balcony had dead bugs on our arrival and the balcony windows were also dirty. The house cleaning also did a bad job and room was not cleaned other than towel replacement for 5 days. This is at 3 star apartment at most charging 5 star prices still spend your money elsewhere. They need to refresh, clean and revamp everything!!!!!

I have fond memories of this property from over 10years ago but it is now showing its age - our room had a lot of wear and tear! Also, the lifts couldn’t handle the traffic and we would almost always wait 5-10mins for a lift. Location is great and staff very nice. Amenities get a pass. Not what it use to be but, thank you anyway for having us.
