Definetly not a 4* hotel

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards one would expect. Firstly, the air conditioning in our apartment was not functioning properly. It was far too hot to stay comfortably in the room, especially during the night. This made our stay unpleasant and tiring. Secondly, the cleaning service was inadequate. Only the bed sheets were changed, but the floors remained dirty and table surfaces hadn’t been wiped at all. Basic hygiene standards were clearly not being met. Communication was another big issue. Apart from the reception, most staff members didn’t speak English well, which caused a lot of confusion. For instance, my husband asked a staff member if he could smoke outside near the breakfast area, and he was told it was fine. However, three days later, another employee said it was actually not allowed. This inconsistency left us feeling uncomfortable and unsure of the rules. The parking situation was even more frustrating. There were two “private” parking spots at Houm Plaza, but there was no clear sign saying they were reserved or required payment. We asked the receptionist when we arrived if we could use them, and we were told it was okay and free of charge. The next day, however, the manager blocked our car by parking her Mazda convertible directly in front of it — even though there were other free spots available. It seemed very obvious she was annoyed, and she later told us that parking there actually costs money. This entire situation felt unprofessiona

Would not use this hotel again

The hotel was not terrible, but our stay was not a great experience. Service was especally lacking on sevral ocations. Traveled with wife and a baby. Breakfast is fine, but a lot of the items are low quality like poweer eggs, juice and coffee. Okey for a family, but don't have to high expectation. What I found positive about the hotel: +It is close to the beach. +The have kept plants on the premise which I find nice. What I found negative about the hotel: - Cleaning was a bit off. The room never got properly cleand, and if our kid sat on the floor the cloths became a bit dirty. -Staff was not that helpful. We got the wrong type of room, witch the told us they would look into, but they kept delaying. We paid extra for a room with a seawiew. On the ad this is the rooms on the 5th floor with the glass guardrail. But we got a room on the 3rd floor looking into a bit tree, and the pool. It was not terrible but not exactly what we paid for. -The ad for the hotel said they would have aircondition. It was turned of even if the teprature rose above 30 celcius. They refused to turn it on, and we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunatly myself, my wife and our baby got a lot of mosqito bites because of this. -You get worse service if you book from another site than theirs. I slightly expetc this, but I have not seen a hotel beeing so adament on this. For example late checkhout is only possible when booking from their website. -Beds were of lower quality than expected.

It is a good hotel overall for aparthotel. The best part is to be in walking distance to the beach which was great. Rooms were little small. But staff was very helpfull. Food was good enough. But the hotel was a little small then every hotels that i have been before but it was fun we made friends.

Bra läge men slitet hotell och dålig service

Hotell med bra läge nära staden men kändes överlag slitet och dåligt städat. Några av personalen var trevliga medan flera andra otrevliga och gav ett dåligt bemötande. För att vara ett fyrstjärniga hotell har hotellet mer att bevisa enligt oss. Frukosten var inte god. Vi åt bara där en gång.

Non conforme à un 4 étoiles. Pour 300 euros la nuit honnêtement ça ne les vaut absolument pas ! Horriblement cher ! Le seul point positif c’est le petit dej qui est complet. Le reste très vieillot. Climatisation qui fait un bruit affreux aspect général vieillot. À ce prix là décevant. À la piscine ils vous font payer les serviettes et si vous voulez un coffre fort vous devez payer aussi lol pour un 4 étoiles étonnant surtout à 300 euros la nuit je trouve !

High season family vecation

We had a floor apartmant. This was fanstastic. The only issue i find is the pricing. Twice as expencive as the other hotels and apartments we stayed at this vecation in mallorca. This price tag buys you luxury other places with all inclusive, but we prioritized staying close to the airport. The hotel also charges for everything, like towels for pool use etc.

Superfint hotell

Superbra hotell med flera pooler, lummig trädgård, perfekt avstånd till havet och allt en familj med barn kan önska sig. Lite långt till mataffärer som Mercadona med flera men det är ok. Små fina lägenheter med bra städning och de håller hotellet otroligt fint! Frukostbuffén var topp också! Runt hörnet ligger Capri, superbra restaurang med mycket trevlig personal. Kommer gärna tillbaka!!

Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr ist für ein Hotel, welches vorallem in der Nähe des Flughafens ist, einfach zu spät. Der 2 Pools sind definitiv zu klein für die Anzahl der Zimmer. Pool Öffnungszeiten ab 10 bis 18 Uhr ist nicht gästefreundlich. Die Anlage ist schön und gut gelegen.

This hotel is not as it's portrayed on website. It's in terrible condition. Our A/C didn't work for 2 days and they wouldn't change our room. You have to pay for pool towels. You have pay for the room safe. Our part of the hotel did not have an elevator and we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs. No help from hotel. I complained so much that they finally agreed to a refund.

Familjevänligt, bra läge och fräscht!

Toppenbra läge med havet, restauranger och hållplats in till Palma på smidigt gångavstånd. Supertrevlig personal, bra poolområde för både vuxna och barn, god och fräsch frukost, bra rum/lägenheter.. Väldigt nöjda, kommer gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar hotellet varmt!

Hotellet kunne godt trænge til en upgrade og specielt badeværelset. Vi var plaget af myrer på badeværelset og blev på venlig vis flyttet til et andet værelse. Pool og bar området er hyggeligt, og der er lavet et hyggeligt område til rygere, hvilket gør pool området er pænt og rent. Det er første gang, at jeg har set, at man vasker hver enkel solvogn af med en klud. Personale i reception og bar var hjælpsomme og venlige. Man kan måske gøre lidt mere ud af at fortælle andre gæster, at man skal tage hensyn til naboer når man sidder på terrassen eller lave noget skiltning.

In unseren Zimmer hat es so gerochen als wenn man am Klärwerk wohnt. Nachts wurde es besonders schlimm. Wir sind am 2 Tag ausgezogen da der Rest auch entsprechend war. Für den Preis ein Witz.
