Lovely to come back to the cottage after touring on a hot day for a dip in the pool. Great to have a washing machine and Mar provides detergent! We only needed to contact Mar once through the 10 day stay and Mar’s husband came right over even though it was 9:30 pm. We were very comfortable, thanks Mar.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was completely as advertised, super clean, and quiet. It was the perfect size for 2 adults. We stayed for a week Bathroom was very clean, water pressure and temperature in the shower was good and we had plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There is a small laundry room with an apartment sized washer. There is no dryer but there were hangers for air drying. Bed was comfortable and we used the AC every day. Can't say enough about the patio, we had our coffee, wine and all meals out there. No bugs, beautiful view and private. Our flight in was delayed and the owner was very accommodating and communication was good. We needed hand soap and more toilet paper than was provided so I would just recommend when you buy initial groceries, add those to your list. Again, overall an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 4 adults stayed here for a week in early April. The house is in an elevated position in the centre of the bay providing spectacular views of the entire bay from a lovely tiled terrace. There is table seating for 8 and 2 chaises longues on the terrace. It’s less than a 10 minute walk downhill (though a fairly easy walk back up) to the many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes along the waterfront. It’s a large and spacious house on three floors with traditional decor. The house is very clean and the outdoor areas are very tidy. The small kitchen has just been fully redone and is well equipped with all new equipment, utensils, cutlery, glassware, etc. Being there the first week of April, the temperatures were cool overnight. The bedrooms and living/dining area have good heating units though the classic tile floors can get cold — so bring slippers! Mari who greeted us was very pleasant and efficient.

This hilltop home overlooking Soller was a wonderful accommodation for 7 days for our group of 4 adults. The home has plenty of space along with air conditioning for comfortable sleeping in each bedroom. The pool area is the icing on the cake with its serene private viewing area and lounging oasis. Soller and the neighbouring Port offers many nearby sights and dining options. We also discovered some great dining options in Deia and the hills just outside of Soller. The climb up the driveway will test your driving skills but the tranquility at top is your reward. The owners provided excellent information ahead of the stay and remained in steady contact through the week if and when questions came up. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

We were two couples. The house is charming and immaculate. We found everything we needed. The pool was welcome as the weather was very hot. The property includes a large urban orchard. We loved it!
