Unit 224 is a dark unit and gets no sun whatsoever. So if you want to enjoy the sun in Florida sitting in your Lanai, is this is not the place for you. Speaking of lanai’s It also Has no cushions on the lawn furniture, so dark and not too comfortable.

Management closed the pool for NON-URGENT repairs during our stay.A letter was posted on the door on Sat.saying the pool would be closed for at least a week starting Monday.They offered a refund for your remaining days and the use of a pool 4.8 miles away if you decided to stay.Many of the guests were visiting from England,Germany and Canada and had airline tickets that could not be changed,could not find another place to stay on such short notice,not to mention having a refrigerator full of food!I contacted SunStream,the management company overseeing ParkShore and they said the decision to close the pool was made last minute and because of low occupancy.When I said they had not indicated that the pool would be closed at the time of our booking less than a month before our stay they had no response.

Sleepless in Naples

The matress was so flat and uncomfortable I woke up everyday with a back ache and twice with a migraine. We travelled over 2,000 miles to vacation in Florida to have a restful week. I work in the Hospitality Industry so I understand how important it is to provide memorable experiences, happy guests mean repeat business. You should sleep in one of the beds you provide to your guests. Four years ago we rented a place, my daughter still talks about the great matress she slept on, she even tried to buy the same matress. How many people has she told?

Avoid

Old, hard bed with equally old and hard pillows. Mold in the closet and a musty, dusty smell in the room. Very neglected. The kitchen had all the equipment and a new countertop but the mold and terrible bed plus small, old bathrooms made this a do not stay.

Great hotel for walkers.

Park Shore is short walk to grocery store and luxury mall and beach is walkable in about 1/2 hour. Our condo had all the necessaries and was clean and comfortable. The resort is very quiet. Pool and hot tub areas are good. Lounge chairs were always available for our stay in November.

we were very happy from time of check in to out. The staff was extremely nice to us and what ever we asked for. close by a publix ,where we got what we needed,and best of all the beach. IT WAS JUST PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! we cant wait to go back there. A Perfect Vacation

I must say I was very disappointed with this entire place. Although the room itself was okay and had everything we needed the pool and hot tub were really very poor. For instance there were 2 iguanas roaming around the pool which made me very uncomfortable and the one relieved itself on my towel--I just thought this was disgusting and there was no way I wanted to spend any time at this pool--I did tell the person inside but she said they were vegetarians and would not hurt me--I said I was very uncomfortable and would probably leave--could have cared less--even though our room was paid for we left 3 days early--also the pub was closed and lots of construction going on---reception area was not very clean--Naples is very beautiful-golf outstanding-cool restaurants-don't stay here

Family Fav!

We loved the resort, close to everything, shopping, pretty beaches, etc. We loved D'Amico Restaurant just by the Publix. Lovely people, friendly service and really delicious casual Italian food. We also liked the Island Pub, but we were a bit confused as to why the restaurant would be closed on a Sunday. Aren't weekends big for restaurants? Anyway, that was the only negative. Would love to go back and everything was great. Comfy comfy beds which make such a difference when you are away. We slept so well and come home very well rested and relaxed.

Park Shore has it all!

If you are looking for a great place for your family to stay in the Naples area, look no further. Park Shore Resort has it all. A beautiful resort, filled with birds, ducks, turtles and even an iguana were an added bonus for our children. Our room was perfect. More than what we need for our family of 4. This hotel is located around the corner from all of your basic shopping and eating needs and minutes from great beaches and high end shopping. We would definitely stay here again and were very happy with our experience.

Good value for the money

This is not a luxery hotel ,but it offers approximately 1000 sq feet of tastfully if somewhat dated accomadations in a beautiful park-like setting with canals watefalls a great pool and a decent restaurant.The hotel and the grounds are very well maintained and the location is great - about a mile to the beach and close to shopping.

good hotel

The hotel was very clean and the service was good. The amenities (pool, sun deck, tennis courts) are great. The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach as well, which is convenient. However, the shuttle will only get you to the beach - but not back (at least not us). If you have a car beach and downtown are easy to reach. Withot car location is good (supermarket close by as well s some cafes). The hotel charges for every phone call - even local (57 cents per call & by the minute) which is expensive. My cell phone did not work in the area (canadian plan) and thus the phone charge was inconvenient. Given the class of the hotel (and the higher price) I found it strange that local phone was not included.

Very pretty property. Ducks, Iguanas, Turtles. Close to restaurants. Would recommend Mr. Big Fish around the corner also. Hogfish Harrys is on the property and the locals go there, very good also. The resort loaned us beach umbrellas and chairs, just ask at the desk.
