Naples hotels

We had a great stay here. Host was fantastic and quick to answer questions. Home is extremely well equipped, everything you need with a great laundry area. We didn’t get to use the pool as the polar vortex settled in and we had horrible weather. The house is 5 min walk to 5th ave restaurants and 10 mins to the beach. Ideal. The bathroom is tiny and there is no storage for anything as it’s a pedestal sink but there’s a closet outside the door where we stored things. All in all great value for the money.

Only negative is you have to drive to to get to anything.

Multi-generational family having a wonderful vacation together from all parts of North America. Comfortable, clean and well amenities. Vic’s place is everything you need in an exceptional location in Naples. I would not hesitate to rent again. Thanks for the terrific hospitality!

Has all the amenities you need - kitchen, pool access less than five steps away, restaurants and beaches near seconds away. Quiet and peaceful enough area. Very kind and communicative hosts! Would be more than happy to return.

The house and pool were fabulous. The grounds immaculate and the lake was an added bonus! The Park Shore area is so friendly. We did a lot of walking and the neighbours along the street and on adjacent streets would wave and always speak to us. So unexpected. Felt like home. The location is unbeatable! Close to everything so we didn't need to rent a car. We walked to the grocery store, the drug store, the beach as well as some nice restaurants. Also a quick Uber ride had us downtown, to the zoo and the shopping centre. Katrin & Lothar, the owners, were very responsive as was their property manager, Claudia. Highly recommend this house and location.

Excellent shape, clean, very well stocked. Returning next year!!

The property was very nice, exactly as described by owners. 2 issues....beach reconstuction and" red tide" were clearly not contolled by owners, but a warning ahead of time would have been helpful....
