our stay at Girasole Apartments was incredibly disappointing. The room was not only outdated but also poorly maintained. First day of our arrival when we opened the room door, we felt extremely strong chemical odor. It was very serious strong chemical smell. We are considering these conditions as health hazard. Staff is unresponsive and slow to address issues, service is discourteous and lack of helpfulness. No actual resception desk with help.

The experience at Girasole Apartment was beyond disappointing and completely disrupted my plans. Upon arrival, the valet lost my car keys, forcing us to wait hours for a locksmith, which threw off our entire schedule for the day. The inconvenience didn't stop there. At check-in, there was another delay because the staff had failed to inform the front desk of our reservation. When I finally made it to the apartment, I was horrified to find the bathroom filthy and the air conditioning unit leaking water all over the kitchen counter and floor. I had to place a towel on the floor, which was completely soaked through. As if that wasn't enough, there was alarm testing for three consecutive days, making it impossible for me to work. When I requested a refund to move to a different property, Girasole Apartment refused to let me leave, despite the numerous issues I faced. Eventually, I was moved to a new suite that didn’t have these problems, but the lack of an internet password caused further delays in my work. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I will never return to this place and will make sure others are aware of the terrible service provided.

Misleading, false advertising, do not stay here!

We booked the M2 Luxury Townhome and it was anything but luxury. Where do I start? The patio/terrace was missing all the patio furniture that was shown in the photo during the booking process, so no where to sit outside. The pool had been closed for months, yet we were not informed until the day of our arrival. There was a huge crack in the mirror in the dining area. There were no doors on the bedrooms, therefore, no privacy whatsoever. The air conditioning would not cool down the unit to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. There was no airflow to the larger bedroom so I could not sleep there, way too warm. Lamp in bedroom would not work. Fridge had water in it due to freezer thawing. The unit is extremely worn, dated and in serious need of repair to bring it to a luxury status. The photos shown when booking this unit are misleading. It is definitely not worth the price they are charging. When I mentioned all of this to the Girasole Apartments Customer Service, they would not do anything about it. They wouldn't even give their name. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This was the absolute worst experience of my entire life. From the second my 2 friends and I entered our room, we knew we were in for a long ride. One of our beds was broken, there was dirt all around the corners of the walls, the lock on our door would not lock automatically unlike the other units, there were bugs in the bathroom, and worst of all...there was a HORRIFIC FECAL SMELL in our entire suite. As we were not aware that there is no legitimate help desk at the hotel and the phone # posted online for Girasole Apartments was indeed out of service, our only mode of communication with this horrible company was via email. Countless back and forth's later, they were unsuccessful in getting rid of the fecal smell and we requested to be switched rooms as the smell and cleanliness were not tolerable. As you can imagine, our request was denied. Cx support did not sympathize whatsoever and essentially called us liars even though hotel staff confirmed our complaints were indeed legitimate. We spent an entire day going back and forth with them only to be told "there is nothing we can do" and that we should just leave. We told them we would gladly leave and requested to be refunded immediately, to which no surprise, they did not agree and said it would be at our own expense. We then packed up our luggages and once again paid another 900$ to go stay at another hotel. This is THE LAST place I would ever recommend to anybody. The streets would have been better than this place. 0/5!

Terrible communication. 5 minutes before check in, got an email that room wouldn’t be ready and wait for instructions to check in. Didn’t get an email. Went to room around 11pm and room was ready. Only good thing was it’s close to beach. AWSOME view from room. Nice pool.
