Great value for the money! The appliances in the kitchen need to be replaced. Also, attention to detail can be improved in terms of cleanliness. Overall, the apartments are very nice and spacious.

Service good .washroom sink running slowly. Room aircondition not working good . Sometime 19/Sometimes 24 . Ask Housekeeping come help. They come in turn off the system gone. Hope they do better.

Great hotel would highly recommend for people staying in Dubai. Very close to downtown Dubai and everything around. Amazing location. Has two supermarkets right beside hotel for easy access. It was very clean as well and the staff was very nice. The only downside was the washer and dryer wasn’t working but it was fine. All in all highly highly recommend

Location is very good and good view of downtown and business bay. Staff was great no issues. Things that can be better is more attention to detail cleaning the apartment. Apartment is dated and requires updating. But overall the rate was good and we enjoy our stay.

The location was very good, easy access to metro station. Nearby food market and pharmacy. Being that hotel is downtown, all tours accessible pick up. Gym equipment good along with operational hours. Had 2 issues but managers ( 2 different ) rectified the problems immediately.

Very comfortable apartments right near the Burj Khalifa, a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall, it can take just as long to drive and park - we did both. Rooms are spacious and in decent condition. We shopped nearby and had breakfast using the full kitchen. Washing maching is also a plus.
