2 minutes walk to the CBD which was perfect. Good size studio with everything we needed. The only thing missing was a view. Which we didn’t need because of the closeness to town. Price was decent.

Close to everthing

Nice large room with spacious bathroom although provided amenities were limited to 2 small bars of soup and a couple of small shampoo packages. The provided internet was very patchy and frequent connections were required. Limited parking is provided. Service staff were generally not around much and check out time was a little early at 10am and this is strictly enforced according to the note on the back of the door. Less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town and major activities. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, secluded accommodation in a central locatio

Upon arriving early, we received a friendly welcome and offer to store our luggage until check in. Great pride is evident in the management of the property. The location provides for easy walking to the waterfront and town centre.

rooms are large but outdated furnishings. hotel and rooms smell mouldy and old. charge 4.00 for wash, 4.00 for dryer and $3.00 fo soap - other places provided this service for free. and then reception didn't have change for the laundry facilities

Terrible attitude on service on reception

Hotel is good but the reception is terrible, she is alone and stays in another room after the reception, whenever guests come, she comes out and brings the documents & credit card into the secret room, we can’t see how she’s doing in the room. She arranges mr room be the only one on ground floor with all of the cars parking. I know she has other rooms but she refuses to change my room, she makes an execuse all rooms are booked, I knows she doesn’t want to change. I feel terrible on her services and arrangement, she impresses me much more than the hotel

This room cost was expensive for the quality of the property. Reception was unmanned and when I tried to contact anybody, I tried 3 times. Hard work. The shower was dreadful. Quality big tea was dreadful.

We needed a location that was quick access to the airport for an early morning flight. This location worked just fine. It is located next to a police station and the alarms went off during the night (a little disrupting). We did enjoy the heated floors in the bathroom and the mini kitchenette. We were disappointed that the elevator wasn't working as we had 3 heavy suitcases. The parking is under the building (first come-first serve). It is tight but available. Overall, we would recommend this location.

Great location with Queenstown CBD just across the street. Beautiful views of the mountains. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Executive suite and it was very spacious. My only negatives would be that inside could use with a revamp and mattresses need to be replaced however would definitely come stay their again. Staff are very friendly and property outside is really well Maintained.

You can hear everything in the hallway. Peoples conversations, elevator, people climbing stairs and walking along the hall. No views but it's a two minute walk to the lake. Mould in the bathroom. Furniture Dated. Not the most friendly staff. Felt I was getting yelled at when I tried to check in early. Amazing location. Cosy room. Nice layout. Comfortable Bed. Room was easy to heat/cool. The tub was nice and deep, a very nice treat after walking.
