Eingezogen, Wasserhahn in der Küche aufgedreht, Küche geflutet. Habe dann beim Support angerufen, der zunächst meinte es gäbe kein weiteres freies Zimmer. Nachdem ich gesagt habe, dass man mir dann das Geld zurück erstatten müsse, war dann doch ein Zimmer frei. In diesem Zimmer tropfte das Syphon. Insgesamt super-low-budget-Bauweise. An einem Tag bekam ich dann auch noch ein Mail, dass nächsten Tag um 10 jemand kommen würde, den Feueralarm zu testen. Im Ergebnis hat der Feueralarm um 8:50 plötzlich zu tönen begonnen. Nach 10 kam dann zusätzlich noch jemand, um irgendwas daran einzustellen. Dass das während eines Aufenthaltes gemacht wird, finde ich frech. Wenn etwas an den Appartments zu arbeiten ist, dann sollte das Appartment schlicht vermietet werden.

역에서 가까운 깔끔한 아파트 (리셉션 없음)

역에서 가깝고 싱글 스위트는 다소 좁기는 하지만 혼자서 지내기에는 괜찮아요..다만 리셉션이 없어서 짐을 맡길 수 없어서 기차역에 맡겼어요..락커는 6시간에 6유로 정도였습니다

Rather book a hotel

Property is centrally located. The apartment is shockingly small. Smaller than the pictures show. There was no iron in the room and we could only get one between 11:00-15:00 the next day. The whole bathroom floods with a shower, the towels are not enough to keep it dry. Because there is no reception, you don’t have the option of late check out or storing your luggage, should you have a late flight.

I had a check-in problem. I wrote to the property already so I don't repeat here. Afterwords, I checked their website and felt that their statement in running the hotel is clear. I just want to remind them that, this is a hotel and a hotel opens to everyone who agrees or disagrees your personal statement. Your job is not only let the people who support your views happy, but also the people who do not particularly incline to your belief happy. For me, I booked the hotel on expedia and didn't notice its nature until the last minite. I personally had a very teribble stay exprience.

Das Zimmer war wirklich klein unser großer Koffer fand kaum Platz. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen und ein unangenehmer Geruch fiel die ganze Zeit in dem Raum auf.

Sehr schön gestaltete Unterkunft. Der Style ist gemütlich und die Details liebevoll ausgesucht. Ebenso wie in der Kochnische. Leider war der Boden vor der Toilette und der Teppich nicht gereinigt (voller dunkler länger Haare).

Tolle Lage, allerdings war das Studio schon bei der Ankunft sehr staubig. Kostenlose Zimmerreinigung erst nach 7 Tagen, keine Putzutensilien im Studio. Es gibt keinen Ofen und keinen Geschirrspüler, obwohl dies angeblich zur Zimmerausstattung zählt.

Could have been perfect.

Our overall experience was good... A clean room with a nice design and way more equipped than we expected. However, since our arrival we noticed that the wifi was not working. Annoying as that was, the worst part was that it was impossible to get it touch with customer service. I understand that part of the concept of Limehome is no direct people service, but their 24/7 customer service was completely nonexistent. Several calls, on different days, to the number provided on check in led us simply to an automated call service that would end after 6 minutes of music.

Tolles Appartement, traumhafter Städtetrip!

Dieses Appartement (302) erfüllte wirklich alle unsere Erwartungen und mehr! Ankommen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen, das sagte auch meine 15-jährige Tochter 🙂 Luxuriös ausgestattet, hell, freundlich, sauber. Uns hat nur ein Obstmesser gefehlt 😉...Man ist nur fünf Minuten vom Hbf entfernt und sofort in der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten top. Super, gerne wieder!
