Noisy neighbourhood, very compact washroom, no kettle (it has a kitchenette), Very walkable. I think the price for value was ok but I wish the bathroom was a little bit wider so I could go to the shower without jumping over the toilet!

The only problem was the bad smell of the room. Otherwise it's a very well located place and quiet regardless it's on the msin Avenue in Madrid .

Great location

Great location with 2 metro stops nearby and easily walkable to the many sites, shops and restaurants. They will store your luggage if you arrive early and even when you check out if you have a late flight. Our room faced the street with a small balcony and was spacious and the kitchenette was great. The bed could use better pillows and at least 2 more, bathroom could use a hook for the hand towel and lowering the shower curtain would help not make the shower so dark. The walls are so thin we heard the guest beside us coughing horribly for 2 days straight, his conversations and disgustingly some of his private affairs. But did the price and location we’d probably recommend it.

Simple room , perfect area for people that want to see things with walking distance, the 001 bus outside will take you for free to the prado museum and the train station, a pharmacy next door as well as close to the main attractions, excellent location, bathroom is small and needs some maintenance but everything works and is just enough if you are planning on not spending lots of time in your room

This property is more of an apartment building, definitely not a hotel. When I arrived at 6am from a long flight, I was given a room that wasn’t clean. It was clearly occupied by another guest before me. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was overly perfumed to hide the smell. It was an overall poor experience.

The suite smelled sour! It was dirty and broken. The air conditioner didn’t work at all. There was no real front desk either. It was overwhelmingly hot and no way to cool down

Bene il check-in e la comunicazione col personale, ottima l'assistenza anche in check-out.. L'hotel è posizionato su Gran Via, quindi soffre del trambusto serale e notturno della caotica vita notturna madrilena. I corridoi e le camere (anche se puliti) non si presentano bene, con diverse cose da rivedere (pavimento, prese elettriche posizionate a caso, in bagno il lavandino riportava crepe, la doccia era in una vasca con bordi alti e posizionata in modo assurdo, tant'è che abbiamo allagato il pavimento). Bene il cucinino e il set di spugna e detersivo fornito. Nel complesso, adatto più a giovani con poche pretese

Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro da gran via! O café da manhã fica em outro prédio próximo e é muito bem servido! Maravilhoso! O único porém fica para o quarto, mto pequeno e a cama péssima! Pela localização excelente e pelo café da manhã, valeu a pena!

Nos ha gustado la estancia. Está muy bien ubicado, en la Gran Vía. Es cierto que las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas por la falta de aislamiento acústico en las habitaciones, pero teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia de una noche.

When we arrived at the hotel at 15:15, we were informed that our room was not ready despite the advertised 15:00 check-in time. We returned at 16:30, only to find that the room was still not prepared. As a result, we were offered a downgraded room, which we accepted to avoid further delay. The room provided was acceptable in terms of comfort; however, there was a significant plumbing issue. Every time we used the shower, water seeped through the floor, flooding the entire room. When we reported this to the receptionist, we were told nothing could be done, so we placed towels on the floor to manage the situation. While the stay had its positive aspects, these issues left us feeling that the experience did not fully meet expectations.
