-Instructions would be helpful for appliances, TV, coffee machine (red light came on and had to resort to YouTube to figure things out) -a few more items in kitchen like a grater, a whisk etc would be great -Came home one night and the code didn’t work to open apt door. They knew there was a problem but didn’t communicate it to us. A neighbour helped us reach them, to get someone to come and let us in. -Water was shut off in the bathroom and again, could have been communicated to us. -Pull out couch bed made incredible noise because of the springs and made it impossible to sleep. Mattress had to be moved to the floor. They promptly came and applied wd40, but said no one else had complained about it. As if that means the problem doesn’t exist! A bit on the rude side. Let’s not forget, this is an expensive rental, not a hostel, therefore one has certain expectations.

Was a great location, but without aircon was too hot for our infant to sleep at night, as the provided fans didn't adequately cool the place. Place was exceptionally clean and very functional. Bathroom didn't have a fan, which was a bit strange but a minor issue. Came with the amenities to use the apartment, such as shampoo, oil, salt, pepper, tea, laundry detergent and coffee.

Clean apartment, highly recommended

Excellent place to stay! I don’t usually do 5 star reviews but this place deserved it! The staff who greeted us were very friendly and helpful, even though we were half an hour late and didn’t have a phone to update them. The place is extremely clean, and fully equipped with washer and kitchen. The coffee provided was extra bonus. Neighbourhood is safe and quite. It’s close to food places and about ten mins taxi to main attractions. Highly recommended

Worth your money

The place is ready neet and clean. The only issue is that there is no front desk but still the staff is really nice and respond 24/7 by phone. The unit also has kitchen which is really nice for long-term

Dishonest

The amenities are not as listed. No lift. No toiletries. No dryer, just washing machine and drying rack. Our room did not have a pull out couch just a small double bed in the bedroom. Not what we were expecting at all and thankfully the third person cancelled, or else we wouldn't have had enough room for everyone to sleep. The place was nice and newly renovated but many stairs and the stairwell smelled really bad. Courtyard is poorly lit at night. Could really use some wall art as the decor is a little boring. There is wall art in the photos... Don't know if they took it away afterward, or what..? There are blackout drapes but they don't wrap around so plenty of light gets in. It was 25 degrees outside and without air conditioning, we were really hot in the apartment. I took a cold bath before bed to cool down. The bathroom is nice, and the nespresso machine and tea options were nice. There were dishes in the dish washed when we got there so we had to unl

Mid-December stay. Wonderful old building on a lovely quiet street. This was a beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet (bedrooms faced the inner courtyard), comfortable place to stay in Berlin, modern bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, towel rack warmer, comfy beds. A stone's throw from a tram and a nice walk to Warschauer Straße station and other points of interest in Berlin. Park and weekend farmers market right around the corner. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Some observations: 1) check-in was a bit confusing -- when we arrived we had to wait for someone to greet us at the front door as we didn't have the entrance code and also didn't know where we were supposed to go once inside; 2) our flat was two flights up and there was no elevator we could use to schlep our 3-weeks of luggage up the stairs; and 3) paying was tricky as we booked through Expedia but then received a bunch of emails, asking us to pay through a direct payment system used by the hotel, not Expedia, and we weren't sure if we were being scammed. After some email communication back and forth with Luxoise, I was more reassured. Would definitely stay there again!

Room was great and so was the cleanliness and space. If they had air conditioner would have been even better but I know it’s hard to find in Berlin. Nice local bars nearby. Overall great as long as you don’t go if weather is very hot.
