The room was big, very spacious. The property is nice. The area has a lot of construction. The valet process isn’t great, they have a lot of drivers but the space is small. Overall we were pleased, we would stay again.

Amazing service and great location!! Beautiful hotel. The chef at the restaurant made my friends and I amazing bacon not on the menu for us not once but twice, after sampling it the night we arrived. She went out of her way and we were so appreciative of it!

This is overall a nice hotel that is part of a fun development with good dining and other retail options within walking distance. The big pluses for me were the spa and pool, both of which are well maintained and have nice amenities. Staff was friendly and the room was pretty nice so it made for a good spot for a weekend getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The reviews had me nervous, but this was an amazing stay. Bed was comfy, pool area was nice and the water stayed cool being that it is hot. Many dining options, beautiful rooms, & so many amenities that I didn’t get to use. I can’t wait to go back in the future. It was definitely well worth it.

The property is beautiful. The only issues is the pressure during a shower. It kept fluctuating like an old house does when someone turns on the water while someone is taking a shower. Otherwise great stay!

The hotel has become a "self serve" operation so no house keeping, no bell man (my husband had back injury) Tons of valet who were friendly and helpful. Front desk was not and had an "oh well" that's our policy attitude. Restaurants in area are great and property is quiet. Bar at Sustenio was full but bar tendar had attitude and shewed everyone off during last half of game. What a shame. This use to be THE place to staycation.

Very disappointing experience — won’t return. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn’t bother explaining anything about the property or activities, just handed over a folder with information. The checkout process was especially bad — they knocked on the door, called the room, and hung up, all to rush me out. They even charged $40 for a 40-minute late checkout, which was ridiculous. Also, be aware: the restaurants around the property close at 9 PM, so if you want a nice dinner, you’ll have to drive into the city. Overall, it felt rushed, unwelcoming, and not worth it.

The hotel itself is weird. 1. Its valet only. 2 they have this odd check in window where they say the room will be available "between 4 and 7" which is not published in advance. Check out is 10am, not 11. We asked for 11 and got it. So it's strange. It is just really dated and has an old feel to it despite this not being there very long. The front office staff were not exactly friendly. It's just a weird hotel all around. Area around it is also odd....like an apartment complex that is uninhabited. Bright spot is Piatti restaurant close by.
