Staff was very good and responsive. Room furniture was not very comfortable, and the room was very noisy at all hours- mostly noise from the streets outside. I stayed somewhere else my next time in Bogota and had a much better stay than here.

La propiedad no tiene hervidor ni secador de pelo. Nos dieron una habitación que no habíamos seleccionado, nos dijieron solo por una noche y esto no sucedió. La estufa súper lenta. Por otro lado tiene una buena ubicación y el personal de limpieza muy amable y mantuvo simpre nuestra habitación limpia.

El ruido tenaz, que l apto estuvo al frente del GYM y fue lo peor la verdad. No es un lugar apto para descansar ni para estar en familia por el ruido las ventanas no tienen aislamiento del ruido. La persona que nos atendió cuando llegamos no fue para nada amable. Por otro lado el mobiliaria deberían acomodarlo mejor. Se supone que es un apto deberían tener mejores muebles y las sillas que están en mejores condiciones habla de las sillas de la barra del comedor. La sala no hay una mesa metida en un hueco, no hay un comedor cómodo para desayunar y menos para almorzar. No tuvieron en cuenta mis solicitudes. El personal habló de la persona que nos recibió debería ser más amable y brindar un mejor servicio. En fin no creo que vuelva. No hubo costo beneficio para nada.
