We were really positively surprised with the hotel. We booked it randomly shortly before our stay and the price was quite reasonable for us (family of 5). We didn't expect much since we simply needed a base near Colmar. Quite family friendly, perfectly located (15 min by bike to Colmar), but nicely isolated from the tourist crowds. Perfect place to stay with family and to explore surroundings.

Very nice stay

Staude there for one night, the Apartments was nice and clean and the small pool was a favorite with our kids. Nice and friendly staff who spoke english very Well.

We booked 5 nights and it was + 40°C outside, the room had AC units but they where not working, we could not stay for more then one night since it was too hot in the room. When we told the staff we where checking out early because of extreme heat in the room we got a big attitude from the staff. We payed for 5 nights but only stayed one, got no refund, also payed city tax for 5 nights and got no refund there either. The biggest issue was the attitude and hostility from the staff when my pregnant girlfriend told them it was too hot in the room. (The reception had AC so they where staying cool).

Excellent place to stay for a day or a week. Very quiet, clean with everything one may need. Just a few minutes away from downtown Colmar and a nearby supermarket. A little gem !

Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too.

Well-located & Practical, Full Spacious Units

Situated at the banks of the Fecht, this property offers larger units for families. Amenities include restaurant, parking spaces, breakfast option, pool & spa service, tour bookings, e-bike rental, trampoline, washing machines, complete array of vending machines. Service at front desk was professional, proximity to the scenic town of Ingersheim and many good bike trails (town, forest, farm acreage, Alsace wine route). Good location to explore Haut-Rhin & Colmar region from.

This Residence gives me mixed feelings. On the positive side: Well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, large parking area, well furbished in terms of beds, wardrobe, cupboards, kitchenware. On the bad side: Restaurant food isn't great (although staff is also quite friendly), shower head half broken leaking water, doors in the room are quite thin (you can hear everything going on the toilet) On the ugly side: No housekeeping for stays shorter than 1 week, and hot water runs out after 3 people shower. Overall, the experience was fine, but its more a 3 star stay rather than 4 star. Would probably not stay again.

No air conditioning

No air conditioning was brutal. The location was near the wine route. It had a lot of thing we could use but you had to leave things clean otherwise you get charge an extra night? That was odd. It was one of those hot days no air conditions, no fans and windows without screens was uncomfortable. We tried to leave the living room open but practically anyone could just walk in while you are sleeping so we really couldn’t have a good night.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The television in the room was not working. Someone came to check it, but it was not fixed. The spa water was also cold, which was disappointing. The doors close very hard — I accidentally hurt and bruised my finger because of this. I informed reception, but nothing further happened. In addition, about an hour after breakfast, both my wife and I experienced very strong stomach problems and diarrhea, which was quite unpleasant. Just sharing this for information, as we paid the full price and expected everything to be working properly.

Vi havde specifikt booket grundet aircondition. Der var ikke mulighed for at afbestille ved ankomst og vi fik så at vide, at aircondition ikke virkede. At vi måtte åbne vinduerne. Der var 34 grader varmt. Vi bad om et andet værelse med aircondition. Det var så en større lejlighed og kostede os en hel del ekstra. Ingen kompensation eller beklagelse. Det var vores problem. I restauranten huskede tjeneren ikke 2 af de ting vi bestilte, da han ikke tog sig tid til at få det noteret. Dertil glemte de så at tage betaling for en hel flaske vin, da han ikke havde fået den noteret heller. Vanligt ville jeg have sagt noget. Men grundet ekstra udgift til overnatning valgte vi at betragte den flaske vin som kompensation. Derudover var forholdene fine og maden ok til prisen.

La cordialità del personale al nostro arrivo in struttura non è stata proprio presa in considerazione e al momento dell’arrivo, facevano 36 gradi di temperatura all’esterno e la camera era senza aria condizionata ma anche senza ventilatori e senza nessun altro mezzo per rinfrescare una stanza. Abbiamo aperto tutte le finestre e le porte ma nonostante questo, la stanza si è rinfrescata solo dopo le 21. Passeggiando per l’albergo abbiamo visto che c erano altri appartamenti con aria condizionata funzionante e ho trovato questa soluzione non proprio corretta con due bambine piccole al seguito.
