Need several improvements and maintenance but the worst thing is the lack of cleanliness, the room was dirty A shame because the location is great, they have good breakfast service, the man who receives the car was great and serviceable

It so disgusting to find hair in your pillows and sheets. We had to sleep on top of everything to avoid risks. It's incredible how you can get this type of surprises in Polanco. Anyway. Ask for cleaning before getting here.

The hotel's location is fantastic—safe, walkable, and close to a Metro station with several dining options nearby. However, the building itself had numerous issues. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the elevator was broken for most of my stay, and the room had only one very worn-out towel. There was no room service during my 3-night stay, the kitchenette lacked utensils, and the in-room safe was locked. While the area is great, the hotel itself needs significant improvements.

Clean rooms, East check-in. The only downside is that it's right next to a major highway so it's a little loud. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. But otherwise it's a really excellent stay! I will likely book again if I need a hotel in cdmx

I have to keep asking to clean the room and toilet paper. Keep asking for towels. This is my second time staying here and i didn’t have a problem the first time I stayed here like about to years ago. The place is in a great location. But they need to keep the rooms clean.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. But the location can't be beat. Polanco is amazing, and I was within walking distance of many places of interest and surrounded by nature, which I love. It was a good experience, but don't expect pristine quality.

The Room had no Ventilator or Airconditioning. Water was dripping and leaking in the Toilet. No one was there to repair. The condition of linen and room was deplorable. No solution was provided.

The reception staff wasn’t really cordial just one of them was bit cordial and the bedroom was really dirty, I asked the security/reception guy if they don’t check when the previous guests leave and he said that not all the time because sometimes it’s just him and he can’t leave the front , also one of the Tv in the room was broken and they tried to blame it on us because we forgot to let them know right away , I took pictures of everything since we arrived there so that’s why they couldn’t blame us , the only thing that we liked was the kitchen staff and food.

The property was very deteriorated, old and the furnitures are very cheap, it's uncomfortable. it didn't have fridge, it had only 2 spons and 2 knifes, no forks. we regreat to be there.

Terrible Experience

Property is not in the condition that they show in the photos. The bedroom has a lot of humidity. They don’t have anyone at the front desk until 12 pm. The person that serves the breakfast was not available right away. I had to chase her to get food and you have to be asking for stuff. I told them that I was not satisfy and I left and they don’t want to refund the 4 nights that I had paid.

The apart/hotel did not have a stocked kitchen (e.g pots, pans, utensils), it supplied us only with 2 sets of plates, bowls, 2 knives and 2 forks. No towels were in the room when we arrived, nor was there any toilet paper. The blinds were filthy. The mattress was hard. The water ran out for showers and restroom several times while we were there. No AC. Location however, was great. Walking distance to Chapultepec and to restaurants. We stayed out in the city the majority of the day so we werent stuck in the hotel We would have left the hotel but stayed because our first apart/hotel canceled on us day of arrival. This was our only choice for a 2 bedroom.

El Lugar esta abandonado. Le falta muchisimo mantenimiento. Las camas, sabanas y cobijas son como de hotel de paso. Los baños tiran agua toda la noche, y no dejan dormir. Lo unico bueno es el desayuno que prepara un señor muy amable en el roof garden. El agua caliente, no es caliente.., es tibia. Honestamente.., no vulevo!.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente para moverse a pie en esa zona de la CDMX. El hotel es viejo y sería mucho mejor si le dieran mantenimiento a las habitaciones. El piso laminado esta roto en muchas partes, en el baño la pintura se está cayendo, el lavabo manchado y lo peor fue que el servibar fue inutilizable ya que estaba enlamado. Si bien el costo del hospedaje fue muy accesible, preferible pagar un poco más si tuvieran mejores instalaciones.
