My room booking suite 2 beds in details says SEPARATE BEDROOM which I was expecting. But no just a standard small open room. Waste of time coming here. Very far from airport. When checking in she kept talking to another lady.

The restroom was dirty, not soap, smells humid and you feel on your foot the bad condition of the carpet, for 3 people only one towel plus in overall is not clean and looks old. We will not comeback.

As soon as I checked inn Saturday at 3:50 pm and went to the room, somebody try to open and steal my truck, they broke a part of the features around the key entry but fortunately they could not open the truck. I came back an hour after I checked inn and found out the damage. Called police but front desk clerk did not allow police to see the videos because the manager was not there and manager will return until Monday. This is unbelievable. Also I found out that they have opened other cars and stole tools. Management has been NEGLIGENT!

Nos robaron en el estacionamiento

El día de ayer llegamos al hotel extended suites a las 7 de la noche y como a las 9:30 de la noche salí por mi cargador a la camioneta y vi la chapa de la puerta forzada, haciendo la revisión vi que faltaba la herramienta y el material de instalación, nos dirigimos a recepción a pedir los videos de vigilancia y nos comentaron que ellos no podían proporcionarlos hasta que se hiciera un reporte, se le hablo a una patrulla, llegando los oficiales nos comentan que tampoco a ellos les dieron los videos que teníamos que hacer una denuncia a la fiscalía para ver si a ellos si se les proporcionaba el vídeo
