Low end budget hotel.

We booked the Superior Studio room, but was disappointed. It was certainly low end and looked run down. The bathroom was very small and very cold. Great location, however. Also, we check in is at 2pm, we were told that we would not be able to check in until 4pm. Fine to book if you're looking for a low end budget hotel, but don't expect much more than that.

Great service and location.

The staff were so incredibly sweet and helpful. Rooms were alright, but not bad for its location. My only complaint is hat the airport shuttle service the hotel offered was a nightmare. It was supposed to be a 30-50 minute ride but it was 2 hours and we almost missed our flight. The driver was also impulsive and kept leaving the car with the door open and key in the ignition to pick up things or talk to people.

My experience at the City Center Jerusalem Hotel

Well run little hotel in the heart of Jerusalem representing great value. The hotel does not have in-house eating facilities, however great eating establishments open early and into late at night are all within a short walking distance.

Convenient

We were greeted by very helpful staff. The room was perfect with the little sink and fridge. Lots of storage for our luggage. Very close to walk to any of the sites we were interested in.

Gem in the heart of Jerusalem

An inconspicuous gem of a hotel. This hotel is not well marked (management is remedying that situation) but once there, it satisfies. Unbeatable location steps away from the new Jaffa St. train and walking distance to the old city and western wall. Unique room design not like standard hotel rooms. One of our rooms was a two floor layout with separate kitchen/living room and bedroom areas, and two balconies! Clean and reasonably priced for a prime location hotel. I would stay here again.

Nice, clean place to stay. Walls are thin and noise from the street (main drag of Jerusalem) as well as from other rooms filter in.
