Love this hotel & the staff

I love this hotel and all the staff, they are all so friendly and wonderful. This was my fourth or fifth time staying here and I have absolutely no complaints! I will definitely come back again :)

This was my second stay here. Vancouver Studios are within an easy walk of both Paddington and the Notting Hill area. The staff are friendly and the room was comfortable and with good facilities. Only downside is that there is no lift and the staircase is quite steep and narrow particularly if you are in a room on the top floor. Would happily stay here again.

My daughter and i had an Absolutely lovely stay at this hotel Welcoming the weather was over 30° and instantly we were given bottles of water this hotel is stunning a must see to believe we love all the quirky features from the Armoured Suit landing the pictues walls fresh and so clean large wooden plantation ceiling fan kept our room cool the beautiful walled garden olenty little noooks and crannys to sit around with pond and fountain the carb fish splashing about all the windows had plantation shutters the plants just beautiful Alot of hard work from all staff (Gardner Reception Cleaning Staff has brought this hotel to a high standard and has kept it high Welldone to all the family Lorna & Diane happy 😊 ❤️

Wonderful Place to Stay

What a delightful surprise in the Bayswater neighbourhood! Close to Hyde Park, shops, restaurants, and two Tube stations, this was an ideal place to stay on our recent trip to London. The outdoor patio was quaint, a little oasis in the city. The room was tastefully designed, had everything we needed ,and very clean.

Good value and very clean small apartment

Small room but expected. No air-con but expected (not normally an issue but arrived in heat wave). There was a fan. TV only worked on Netflix. Receptionist was helpful but his idea didn't work and I didn't have the energy to go back down three flights of stairs to ask again.

This is a very homey hotel, and all the staff are kind. The room is clean and cute, and although it is compact, it has everything you need and is convenient. It is about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there is an M&S supermarket and a Tesco nearby, so it was convenient. The only inconvenience is that there is no elevator, and you have to climb very steep and narrow stairs from the third floor onwards. People with weak legs may want to avoid it. All other points are recommended.
