1)The hallways need to be renovated or are in the process of being renovated, either way if you stay here, expect an unfinished hallway. 2)The hallways have motion detector lights which take a while to turn on, so at night you could be walking in darkness in the hallway for a little bit. 3) There aren't any electrical converters so you need to buy one from the vending machine downstairs. Not all electric sockets can handle a hair straightener so the electricity did turn off in my suite but once I informed front staff they turned it back on. 4) The heat works great and the shower is good, there is lots of water pressure but the shower door only closes half way so water does splash into the ground. 5) There is no daily housekeeping so make sure to ask for more towels downstairs.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was very modern and was updated. We really enjoyed the 2 nights that we stayed. The bus picks you up right outside to take you to Disneyland or you can walk. It was very convenient. Half a block down there’s a bakery that has amazing macaroons and other goods. The property and hotel room were very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the shopping centre, train station, restaurants and Disneyland. The staff are kind and friendly. The heat is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted above 20 degrees Celsius. There is a Nepresso coffee maker available but no coffee pods are provided. The hotel has not been well maintained and is falling apart beyond what could be considered acceptable. The wall paper is torn in all the hallways, the carpets are grungy and worn, and nothing has been cared for. There should be minimum standards that the Aparthotel should meet as a hotel in this condition should not be considered acceptable. It is appalling.

We arrived by Taxi ( 80 €) from CDG airport only because we didn’t want to train (44€ for 2) with luggage. Took an Uber back (65 €). The hotel is near dining, shopping (at an amazing outlet mall, complete with grocery store) and shuttle to Disney (and where the train would have take. Us). Our room was comfy, with a small kitchen (microwave, kettle, fridge, stove, dishwasher). It had a separate entry with full closet and washroom. It was near to and walkable to the Metro, Disney and an amazing (and large) mall. Staff were polite, helpful and nice. Snacks and beverages available in lobby but cheaper at nearby grocery store. I’d definitely come again. Pool, spa, etc which we didn’t use but would have if we had more time.

Worst ever

This hotel is probably one of the worst I have ever been to, and I am traveling around the world all the time. Wall paper ripped off everywhere it feels like a dump, impossible to change the room temperature in the room, set up at 26 degrees (following a state rule according to them, but they are the only one doing that), the room phone is not working, no daily cleaning in the room, the door fridge was barely holding. When we arrived our room had twin beds when I asked for a double. They made us change to a room which was not even cleaned yet… This hotel is a total chaos! The only light there was one receptionist, Aurelie, who was trying her best to keep it up with what she was given, and made sure to keep us happy despite the chaos around everything. It’s not easy to keep a customer patient when everything goes wrong. This hotel should close and she should be recruited in a true 4 stars hotel!

The hotel is in need of some maintenance (hallways looked run down) and some of our outlets did not work in the room. Overall though, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Having the kitchenette was great too. And the shuttle to Disney was very convenient!

We checked in and after settling in noted that the drain in the bathtub was not draining. We let the front desk know of this issue and they said they were aware and it was a known building issue. Why weren’t we told in advance then?? They offered us a different room but upon running the water, it had the same issue. We were then told that there were no other options available and someone would fix it the next day. We were ignored when we asked for a partial refund. In addition, the room appeared not to be very clean, so we were quite disappointed. Overall not a great experience.

The staff arranged an early checked in for us. The accessible room is big, quiet and comfortable but the carpet was not clean. The price was good, it closes to Disneyland, shopping mall and outlet. The breakfast was good and enough. During 2 nights stay, they had a special event in the lobby, we enjoyed free macaroons and drinks.

We stayed for 4 nights and walked to and from Disney from this hotel. Very friendly front desk staff upon check in. This hotel is very run down though. Dirty carpet, peeling walls, dirty bathtub upon check in. Loved the pool however they do not provide pool towels nor do they change your room towels without an extra fee. Loved the area. Felt safe.

NOT WORTH THE COST by experience - by quality - this property disappointed on so many levels. Front desk personelle were surprisingly rude. even though it is not a disney property, it is clearly sustained by Disney customers and yet the verbal interactions of the front desk personelle with patrons was shockingly rude. Rooms were not as advertised and when shown their advertisements and descriptiong they immediately became defensive and referred the error to the third-party site. The property conditions are quickly falling apart. Consistent damages to walls, floors, trim, finishes are throughout the property: front lobby, hallways, rooms. Offerings of free coffee are refused by the establishment even when shown a photo of their own posting in the lobby. Numerous photos taken to document the conditions and circumstances.
